    I started lifting weights about 10 years ago and it was probably the best decision of my life. The mental benefits are far greater than the physical benefits of exercise

    been working out for about 7 years and been working everyday no rest days for about two months it’s crazy i feel like a different person my abs are popping i get attention when i’m in the sauna without a shirt….this journey of SR is indeed great and the lord most high is the only one who can allow you to break through from this matrix and once you get to the other side it’s the most enthusiastic feeling ever you truly feel like a kid again and enjoy the smaller things in life sometimes it’s overwhelming kind of like it’s to good to be true to the point where you are scared of ever going back to that old habit because you don’t want to loose that kid like feeling…. it’s amazing god is great

    I’ve been on Semen retention for over 3 months now. I’ve never been more focused on transforming myself mentally, physically and spiritually. You’re right, the key to being successful in Semen retention is sexual transmutation. I’ve been going to the gym 6x a week and have lost 13 pounds plus I’ve put on more muscle mass. I plan on going one year on Semen retention now. Thanks for the inspiring video!

    You have this inner glow that is radiating outside of you. Life force retention really looks good on you man. This is the way to go. 1800 sessions says a lot about how much you love helping people. I work out five times a week and it really has helped me zone in and exude the masculinity I am developing so thank you for the reminder that exercise is so necessary for life/mental health.     Amazing video and 2000+ sessions that incredible man, keep up the good work! I always look forward to seeing you upload videos. I'm on day 115 nofap/semen retention now I workout thrice in a week at home. I want to reach 10+ years / forever nofap, sounds like a crazy goal for me cause I used to PMO every single day for years before recovering but I hope we all make it there.

    Today is my day 1,400 of semen retention, and I agree with you. For me, it's usually a two-mile brisk walk, just as close to daily as possible. It's my exercise and meditation all rolled into one.

      @FavouriteDish I'd always dabbled in it since I was 17. Later, I became more serious and did retention on and off for a few years, with most streaks being a few months and up to a year once. I'd become porn-free, but I was still trying to have it both ways with masturbtion. Eventually, though, I realized how much I spiritually missed semen retention when I wasn't on it. After a month of psyching up, I knew that I was ready and eager to embrace semen retention/celibacy as a personal sacrifice to honor God. At 1,400 days, I've never felt more fulfilled or closer to Him. I now consider it a gift and a calling, for which I'm very grateful.

    Haven’t worked out in a little while and have been in a bit of a slump but the other day I lifted heavy again and could feel the testosterone flowing through my body hahaha, definitely a crucial part of tapping into your masculinity. Epic video Luke, God bless

    20 - 40 mins of low intensity cardio has been shown in studies to increase BDNF which is like miracle grow for the brain. Just something to keep in mind and look into!

    I just "failed" on my 2nd 300 days hard mode semen retention, its very hard to get back on track but this helped.

    It’s pretty crazy man I’m 33 days in and at the start squatting 135 for 10 reps was always sooo draining and I would be sore for DAYS on end and somehow now squatting twice a week pushing 205lbs… word up!

      🥳 Check out iamlucid's latest YT video. He is so excited that Louisiana has stricter laws now against p. They made it so websites with 33.3% of p content is age restricted fr now, like PHub and I think any other sites can get sued for not regulating their site how the law states it should be and can be sued if anyone incurs mental harm or any kind of harm because of p websites... but probably only if the p websites or any other sites are not following the age restriction for 33.3.%+ of p content being on their site... which is good he says, but of course wishes that could be better, because what about websites with 20% of p on it? People will just go use that. But at least this is a start. I'm happy to see at least a dent being made.

    recently fell off my plan of doing 5-6 days a week of gym time. Lost my job, no money, no gym membership and have since regressed back in the dark days of constant bating. My mind hasn't felt clear for some time now and I think the lack of intense weightlifting/powerlifting has taken its toll on my mental health. I'm in the process of getting a job and starting my fitness journey once more. I can say that when i did work out daily I felt like a billion bucks.

    Makes me sad I had a phase lately where I was working out every day at the swimming pool, swimming, doing yoga, cold showers etc...
    It was not a panacea because I did not manage to eat enough which means you are wearing yourself out a bit (basically was / am underweight or close to it) and my sleep sucked about as much as now. Also felt like a substitute for other activity and social engagement in my life, but yeah it was very helpful on my journey in that phase.
    I think your coaching back then definitely helped me in some way in the long-term to really orient myself towards creating that kind of regularity & activity in my life although it is hard to tease apart all the factors.👍
    Swimming is not possible anymore as I got into a fight with the pool attendant and gotten banned from all the pools in my area for a year. I guess to high test for my own good lol I am creating a lot of devastation lately with not giving in and not taking shit from people, they want to kick me out of the flat too because I really annoyed my flat mate who physically attacked me.
    I go for about 2 walks each day so that is good getting some basic activity in your life, but it is really not having a big impact. Other kind of exercise does not seem to impact me as positively or feels too stressful (like soccer I got hurt too bad for weeks twice already as I am too fragile for the big guys) or hard to find the motivation / discipline. I feel pretty desolate or desperate at times.
    I think a coaching is not quite what I need right now (well maybe in terms of romance actually lol) but if you want to have some kind of exchange or mutual support you can respond to me on insta I sent you a message.😊

    I was on day 250 plus and then I released with a female two days in a row but at the end of the day I was having a bunch of wet dreams and everything happens for a reason having a wet dream means you have excess amount of semen so the fact that I used some of it with a female rather than my hand shows how much progress I'm making and how good I'm doing life has been getting better and better and I could do not I'm technically only on day three or something like that but I'm still getting a bunch of females and I was at the club and I had a bunch of girls messing with me I even had one girl go in and kiss me it was crazy sometimes it's not all about your seed it's about your energy confidence and just how you are as a person

    Great content brother, hope you are healthy again. I have watched you since I started my journey, I am clean for 1.5, 2 years now. Please make a video to avoid wet dreams and on sexual transmutation, I will highly appreciate it. This video is sufficient enough for transmutation but make a specific one on wet dream.
