They don't even follow each other on Instagram. I have a feeling they don't like each other much. Nik Sevigny, a good friend of Philip, has said he doesn't like Joe much. There is the occasional story out there of Joe being a dick :/
@@Blake-dw8ou didn't even know that. It's a shame too. I like both players (though I much prefer Kirk Fletcher, Josh Smith and John Mayer for their more melodic and less shreddy approach), but I'd like to see Philip and Joe absolutely rip it on stage and trade licks.
I was looking for this clip on youtube a couple of months ago as I remember it from a few years ago. It had gone AWOL so thank you for uploading it again, Keith. I love both these guitarists but when I see Philip live his adrenaline seems to transfer to me (probably from his sweat 😆) leaving me really high at the end of the gig.
I was going to ask who the other player was until I realized it was Joe Bonnamassa. Joe stuck out like a sore thumb. His finesse caught my attention as soon as the second tune kicked-off.
@@TheBluesrocker007 Smart. I think PS had it taken down because of this before. I remember this clip and then it got mysteriously nixed some years ago.
There was no one to continue the saga of famous guitarists and they had to take Bonamassa and Sayce because they played many notes in a row copying Vaughan and King
Wait a minute…. Is that joe Bonamassa playing rhythm????
Yup.....
THIS is Righteous!! I'm a BIG fan of Joey B who is more recently discovering Philip! And MR. SAYCE is kickin' my ***!!!

well not much to say. joe needs to get back to just 3 piece band and blaze away like he used too.

its worth to mention in title that there is also young Joe Bonamassa there.
Shhhh there is a rhyme and reason why it is worded the way that it is in the description.

Sorry but you’re a moron
