Using all the wrong tools, no air measurment tool, no gas masks, all sorts of wrong PPE and no knowledge of how to remove it just mixing it

Just use high persure washer thats it, diesel tanks are very easy to clean just be sure to remove the water after. but those tanks might have very high LEL low explosive limit and low oxygen level, best to use fresh air PPE mate
