Hi Jim, Thank you for your amazing review! We noticed that the model you previously reviewed is the H3-360G (an older model) and not the P3-360G. The H3-360G is one of our outdoor laser levels. For the older H3 model, direct charging is not possible. However, the newer models now support direct charging. Most of the current Amazon stock consists of the new H3 models. The H3-360G is more suitable for outdoor projects compared to the P4-360G. Additionally, with the use of a laser receiver, it becomes even more effective for outdoor projects.
@@dovohofficial are you interested in sending me the new H3-360 G model so I can compare them together without side use and if you can get me a receiver, I’ll try the receiver with all of them and see which ones performed the best outside and the ones that work the best inside, I can take them down to the shop I work in that has a 75 foot square room to demonstrate how well they work inside.
