You don't even have to put your hand up with him. He comes right to you. He'd do anything for you, treats or no treats. He'd carry you into battle if you asked him. He loves you. Love that beautiful arched neck as he jumps! He's really perfect and a joy to watch. Thanks Tara! 👑🥕 💖🐴😊
All that power.......Apollo could so easily please himself and ignore you, but he chooses to trust you and your requests. Taking flight over the fence as if it were a mere bump in the road. That is a classic example of a horse willing to please you rather than a horse acting out of fear of non-compliance. He respects your space, listens for your direction and gladly returns for more........and a congratulatory carrot of course. All that power and you have him in the palm of your hand. There are some life long riders who will never attain the bond you've achieved with all three of your horses, and I feel sorrow for them and their horses..... ;-)x

Well, Apollo made his point in the first minute in the menage! And for those who may not have seen, or have forgotten, Apollo has been put through his paces on arena jumping before, and he remembers it, knows exactly what those bars are, and [like Bella], thoroughly enjoys it. This old man apologizes for reminiscing, but Apollo is exactly the type [unfortunately not the breed, Freisians had not made it to this continent in that ancient history] that I looked for and rode in jumping competitions. Tara, you did catch it, but on the cross angle Apollo is clearing the height of the menage fence! It's a very good thing that Apollo is a very obedient companion, or else Farouk's little 'excursion' would be happening regularly as Apollo went visiting the neighbors looking for treats. 🐴 For the non-riders and non-jumpers, what picks Apollo out are those very powerful hindquarters and big, wide open gaits. My only suggestion is that he needs to be moved to his left lead. Rens, now you understand why I'm so envious, even though I'm past the age, but, oh, what Apollo and I could have done 50 years ago. And, Tara, you've produced an extremely well-mannered and well-behaved companion!

Wow what a jumper he is. Look at those forelegs! Apollo really folds them up. He seems to really enjoy jumping as well. He could clear some really big fences 4 foot would be nothing to him he would just step over it he is such a powerful horse and brave as well.

Apollo you glorious boy you! I just love Apollo! I love all your kids but I think I’m partial to the big boys & he reminds me so much of my 1st horse, along w/him being just so awesome to watch! When Apollo had a roll in the sand when you went for more carrots, he was twerking, horsey style!🤣 You could see him thinking about his 1st jump but he got some good height on it didn’t he!! Wow when you raised up the top pole he did so good! He is so stunning to watch in slow-mo.. And when you raised it up the 3rd time you can see him thinking about this height too but he does the jump anyways w/no problem & what height he got! What I think is so impressive is he has far more weight, height & length to get up & over than the others yet he still clears it by a mile like Rens said!! Good boy Apollo! You are a super star!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Apollo may be able to jump the fence but he would never.. Atleast not unless he sees Bella & Farouk jumping the fence then he may decide it’s okay.🤣 Apollo gave a Farouk after his next jump throwing his head!🤣 Backing out of the menagerie, at 1st he’s like “But Mum, we don’t walk out of this backwards! Ces films montrent vraiment combien Apollo et Farouk sont différents dans leur mental et dans leur physique. Farouk est tout en grâce avec un squelette fin et des pattes graciles. I am truly amazed Appolo likes to jump. And that he can jump with his Freizion body structure. I honestly am 👏 amazed. Both you and Appolo have so much fun together. Apollo truly loves you and loves to pleaseyou.. My favorite horse in the whole world is the Freizion horse. Because we are an equestrian jumping family, we did not buy a Freizion. Wow.
