I'm currently running arcane bolt on my spell chucker, and its been decent for a level 33 spell with my current build and still clearing level 40 stuff with relative ease. Might have to get one or 2 while I wait for laserhands to drop in CC. Hits hard, and with 100%+ crit chance it crits every time. I found it deleted most mobs up to about 38, so a 40 should bring me back to deleting mobs with a single cast hopefully.
It sounds like a really fun build you have there. I'm hopefully going to start another new character next month. Spellshot and either Grave, Claw or Blight. How much longer until you reach max level do you think?

Twins Soul is fairly decent since it can roll with any double hilt mods, so a Caustic + Echo is ideal. The Gauntlets is very meh, and the Arcane spell has some niche use for Spellshots. Enjoy!
The Arcane is a fun spell for Spellshots, and it can also be a nice little quick cooldown spell for builds that don't have any spell cooldown perks. But yes, there are plenty of other spells out there that people would rather use, I'm sure. Arcane Bolt is decent
I agree with you too that it's a decent spell. It's a quick firing spell on its own, and with this week's melee, you can lower that cooldown even more. Even though it's super short already 😋.
