I feel that the point is missed or did i miss it in the video? the real goal with crystals is how many crystals you make per minute not the amount you got at the end. If you get 35K crystals for 35 Min run its pointless
A clarification from a statement in the video, Out Damned Dot reduces status effect damage, not elemental damage in general.
Added tip for the raid boss symbols. If you hear a laugh by the end of an encounter you know there’s a symbol near by

FYI if you respawn for the Zomboss fight there is an invisible crystal in front of the portal. Just swing your weapon at it
Same thing for the shark. And in multiplayer its only invisible for the host

Just so you know - if you get a zomboss or chums in the chaos chamber - every time you re-beat them there is an invisible reward crystal that can be shattered in front of the portal. It doesn’t display, but it can be shot or melee’d and you’ll even get a melee prompt on screen if you’re close enough

Love your videos. Very informative. I'm still a noob with Tiny Tina's wonderlands 🥴 I struggle to understand a lot of the damage scaling and learning how all the stats add up in end game. I would love it if you made an in depth video about companions and how to max out damage with a companion build. I never seem to gain more than 6 companions with my spore warden/graveborn. I'm sorry if this is off topic. Thanks for all the great content 👌

Best explanation I’ve found for this. Thank god. Was getting sick of playing tbh. Game shuts down constantly and I lose and rewards before I can get to the last chamber

Even with only 10,000 crystals i still cant even tell what i have with the jumbled mess of items on the floor i wish they would add a way to clear what you’ve already seen from the final room like i hit 15,000 and my game crashed with the amount of items it had

I gladly havent crashed from this, but they do need to do something. Even a run with ave crystals is annoying to sort through

That abs they never solved the companion problem from BL3. Your companion loves to just walk over your loot and stand on it
For Zomboss and the Shark boss. The crystal container that spawn the portal at the end of the fight respawn as well. Something about the portal being there makes them invisible, but go up to where the portal is and melee or ground slam and you’ll see the stones fly.
Have you ever been farming those two bosses and noticed they stopped dropping crystals after a few kills?
@@SeasemeStreetz yea the bosses won’t continuously drop crystals, but the invisible crystal dice will always be on top of the portal. I think it gives you about 100 everytime. I think they stop because the room has too many items on the floor
Honestly aside from Elemental Overload deciding that I cannot hurt the boss with my chosen element, Bulwark Buddies ends my run harder than Frozen Vengeance and basically anything else. I have low gun damage on my build so I need a clip or half with Buffmeister to kill the buddies, and having enemies that don't explode when I look at them is like something out of a nightmare.
I mean two sentence horror story, "You have high tier damage and can easily destroy any enemy, but the enemy is immune to all damage."
Out damned dot only reduces the over time damage of your Status effects. Most of my characters can Take this curse with 0 Impact on the damage. Personally "elemental overflow" is worse. Since Most builds have 1 element they focus on, IT can realy make things difficult. IT IS rng but having a Boss immune to your damagetype is soooo Bad.
Gun damage companions make overflow piece of cake
Honestly the worst curse for me is rouge lite, as enemies do absurd amounts of damage I end up in SYS very often, just the thought of that being an instant death sounds like torture.
true. that and the one where all the enemies close to you have an elemental beam. Makes it REALLY hard to fight bosses since you gotta target the little minions they spawn 25/7
I always did that one on early chaos level, guess I was just cocky, but as long as I didn’t have a lot of other broken curses it worked out fine
I once had elemental overflow, deaths spirits and rogue lite... Rough fights
I was doing C20 with ease until the Liquid Cooling nerf. Now I can only consistently beat C14-15 with the one obligatory curse active. Is there a sweet spot for what chaos level I should grind for gear to get back to progressing? Frostwilder btw.
pretty sure out damn dot is just damage over time from elements cause it doesnt affect the actual damge but only the dots from the elements
1:50 "Stay back" is also horrible. Basically you get lasered every time you come close to an enemy which is torture for melee builds lol
Zomboss usually spawns an extra crystal ball after fight everytime so that’s nice
If you do the chaos run on co op it'll go up by two idk if it goes up by how many people you play with but I know I played with w friend w few times and it always went up by two
The mimic world a buddy and I found 5 skulls. Not sure if it was cause it was multilayer or not but it is the only one I've found more then 3 on. When I went solo I only had 2 though and haven't been back again to check.

Frozen vengeance is my go to lmao absolutely a joke of a curse, moves slow and has never been immune for me and they are one shotable lol

Doesn't Damned DoT only affect status damage? Didn't seem to affect straight up elemental damage much last I picked it.

My companion build I can’t do enough damage to the yellow meteor to kill it before it blinds me lol my gun damage it extremely low for some reason but I blow bosses up easily as I’m currently on chaos lvl 21 and still climbing easily just taking my time.

I've found that gloopothoths second wave of orbs tend to be invincible along with frozen vengeance! Be wary!
I just want to say that if you are trying to increase your chaos level then dont go for dragon lord portals as that will slow it down by a bit. You should really just be trying to get the run done with as fast as you can
Yup. Especially if the bosses start becoming bullet sponges. I struggled a lot around chaos 18 because I had elemental tethers and environmental hazards and no good way to kill Vorcanor. Finally learned to just stop picking curses while trying to increase my chaos levels.
Yeah definitely dont do most of the things in here if just trying to level - do everything on easy, no raids etc just zoom through, then loot up
Deffo, for the chaos grind I stick to stallion buffs and Crystal chests where I can.
My main issue at 34 was knightmare as a boss, for whatever reason it took all of my lives before winning, to this day that fight haunts me.

I've tried levelling up my Chaos Level now, I'm at CL19 now. Somehow, whenever I start the trial, I end up at CL17, and I don't think that would increase my CL at the end? I ran into the same starting room 3 times now even after changing CL in the menu and applying it and even after restarting the game. :/ Any idea what might be wrong?
Sounds like a bug.. rather than turning your CL up in the menu try turning it up via the dragon lord, you can adjust it under a normal/extended run, then tab back over to chaos trial and it should be on the higher level that you set 🤔
Too bad they patched the boss glitch that revives the bosses when you die after killing the boss.
Out damn dot doesn't reduce elemental damage, it reduces status effect damage. So dot damage as a result or burning , poison, freezing etc. As the name says.

The DoT curse only effects DoT damage, not any elemental. Huge difference.
I keep getting the SAME legendaries over and over again! I have gotten like 10 white riders and never one livewire ever!!!!

Lol I kinda get it only i keep getting queens calls i mean its a great weapon but when you put 3000 crystals in the pistol bunny and 4 of five are the same thing gets really annoying
there are so many bugs with the raid bosses its crazy
I mean it's obnoxious but I just make a pile of keep items them just pick up everything and drop it in the hallway from the chamber at least you can see stuff again
they need a rubbish vending machine - not to make money from just to remove unwanted items
I don’t know if I’m unlucky or what but I never seem to get the DLC bosses in my runs and I’ve went through and killed them I just don’t quite understand why they never show up for me in the chaos chamber
Yeah around the time I made this, Chums was about as likely as any other boss, but from DLC 2 onwards they are incredibly rare. I've never seen DLC 3 or 4 bosses in the chaos chamber ://

Most i ever get is 5,000 and ive yet to fight a raid boss. Always think my builds not good enough and ill die. Building up a claw zerker right now
For reference I've tried building multiple youtuber builds that claim to deal crazy damage and I still can't beat barkenstien. Idk wtf is going on, I've had almost identical gear yet doing the same thing they do never kills the bosses in 3 seconds. Also if you do the whole run then die on a raid boss, you loss all your crystals and get set back to the chaos chamber. Ask me how I know lmao

@@infrared6973 i have a cursed wit and a voilatile buffmiester and i do not get the same results. I have to go through atleast 2-3 cycles of action skill to kill the bosses and i still cant kill barkenstien. All the youtubers melt everything in 2-3 seconds...

Also thats the dumbest shit I've witnessed, you need 6x pieces of gear down to the exact fuckin roll that all basically has a 0.00001% chance to drop for you. All for end game content that consists of running the same damn dungeons over and over again. Out damn Dot does not reduce Elemental DMG.. it reduced Status Effect DMG, the DOT effect of Elemental DMG.

Just did it at zomboss and I didn't encounter any cap, just went over 50.000 crystals
Interesting people seem to have different caps.. and others seem to have none 😅
idk if thi shappens in solo but in multiplayer you ranadomly lose crystals when moving onto the next level even if you dont buy anything me and my friend have been playing alot and everytime we do a run we have a certain amount of crystals then when moving o9nto lets say the boss room all of a sudden we drop like 1500 crystals

you can basically go infinite, eventually the bosses crystals despawn because of ground clutter but there is an invisible dice that also respawns by the portal. iv gotten 50000 in a single run
why I dont see the keybind for the red portal ...
might have unbound it by accident, check your keybind settings

nope! if the encounter is cleared, you can go down all you want.
If you down yourself after defeating a boss wouldn't it use one of your extra lives?
No, because if you go down *after* defeating the encounter, you do not use up a life.

Anyone who doesn’t feel like farming bunnies just turn off your internet and farm vending machines. A great way to make money is to buy rocket launchers at the end of your chaos runs because they sell for more . Also goblin pickaxe them statues and crystals for extra money .

For the purple chest pretty sure it doesnt spawn an extra crystal dice at the end you always get 3 when you do the side objectives in every portal
this isnt true, you either get butt stalion, dragon lord an extra crystal die or an extra die that spawns loot.
@@jubul666 pretty sure he was referring to the Crystal's you break when you complete a room your guaranteed the large one and one small one unless it's a butt stallion or dragon lord room and you get another small one if you do the side objectives
@@joegosselin69 yes i know, but the biger looking chest portal means that the 3rd die drops extra crystals and the smaller looking chest portal means it drops loot and not extra crystals
I swear this game has me messed up, I couch co op with my brother all the borderlands parts.. and everytime in tina he keeps looting legendaries while i often get less epics then him... without legendaries.. makes me sick man theres something going on.
Why would you want to spend all this time getting 36k when you can only carry a certain number of items out? Probably faster to just run through multiple runs as fast as possible
Cuz they arent always gunna be legendary and on top of that you need to get volatile or higher versions of that said weapon.
You can just leave stuff on the ground you don't want or need.. you don't HAVE to pick everything up. Lol.
Tbh time spent is a big factor in your success with loot bunnies. I find 8-10k crystals is the sweet spot. Any more than that and you're wasting too much time sifting thru loot, fighting the raid bosses, and spending the crystals. At 35k crystals I'd imagine you could do another 2 or 3 chaos runs by then 🤷♂️
Yea that’s what I try to explain to everyone, fine tuning the chambers to your liking with your build will outweigh difficult chamber runs, eventually you will build to do all content no problem
More time completing chambers > time in chambers
You get more loot, xp, and will have a better time overall actually completing them rather then wasting a lot of time trying to over optimize loot gain etc
What good is trying for maximum loot potential half the time when you can get double the loot in probably 5 times as quicker
I’m struggling too much with the chaos chambers to the point I’m about to shelve the game.
The sheer annoyance of going through all barf bunnies loots with above 10 k crystals makes me wanna quit the game.
Rouge-lite, Toothless, Out-Damned Dot, and Bulwark Buddies(personal choice)are the only ones you shouldn’t get. Frost buddies is piss easy idk wtf on about.
Also you get diminishing returns from farming the bosses. So idk how long it’s gonna take but I gave up after 15k because they were only dropping 100-200 each time.
Out damned dot is a freebie it doesnt affect gameplay at all. Thats free crystals from a hard curse
Out damned dot I take back only effects a few builds (including mine) frost buddies like I said is broken - literally immune to dmg regularly and if you're in a small area you cant avoid 5-8 of them at the same time, whilst doing everything else. I mean if you're a chad go ahead just my recommendation
Eh doing zomboss glitch boring AF and his legendary pool is meh. I get 8k in 10 mins from doing featured run good enough for me
Chums is actually bad, he doesn't always drop Crystals, zomboss is the better one to farm as she always drops crystals.
Why would you even want to do this? sorting through the loot at the end is ridiculously annoying. More crystals=more annoying
