Thank you for sharing! The twisted single crochet looks similar to the crab stitch, which I love and always wanted to figure out how to use in a pattern. Thank you for your simple instructions on how to make it work. I generally crochet winter hats for the homeless and I bet this pattern will be nice and thick and work beautifully for hats!

Fantastic tutorial and what a lovely stitch. I’ve been crocheting 50+ years and this is the first I’ve seen it. Learn something new every day! I’m going to try this stitch as a spa wash cloth. It looks like it would be the perfect texture. Thank you for sharing! 👍🏻

As always Glenda, you made this easy to understand thru going slow, describing what you’re doing and showing the steps close up and in detail thru the video. So many people I watch will do good showing their tutorial step by step then get sloppy for awhile and not show the stitch or placement in detail. I’m guessing it’s because they assume we know what they’re doing, but I for one do not! Then they lose me and I don’t make the project. Glenda, you have never “lost” me and for that I want to thank you! You are my #1 tutorial person!

I was watching a video yesterday, and the person was doing this stitch as a border. I was mesmerize by it, and then I saw your stitch of the week and was very happy to learn how to do it as a full pattern. Thanks Glenda. You are my inspiration because I had quit crocheting for many years and after finding your videos., I've regained my love for it. Thanks.

Glenda, I think this is going to be my new favorite stitch. It wasn't bad at all and your directions were clear and concise. Thank you for taking the time to work this out for us. I'm using it for a dish cloth with the Premier Home Cotton yarn and a J hook. Making a dish cloth is a great way to get the hang of the stitch and see how it's going to work out. Thanks again.
