Greetings Yardis, i usually never comment on TH-cam videos, ever. But this one is an exception of course, otherwise i wouldn't have made this commet. Now then, on with what i wanted to say. This video, is perfection, it has everything a Terraria Boss Battle Video should have. The music, the Atmosphere, The Spectacle, and the overall Structure of the Fight itself was immensely entertaining and satisfying to watch. I am going to refer to the GetFixedBoi segment of the video as that caught the peak of my interest BECAUSE so few people have tried to challenge/fight this seemingly impossible battle of Cosmic Proportions that even the Greatest of no-Hitters would struggle at. Firstly, I am beyond amazed with you're performance with GetFixedBoi Nameless Deity, and by far the single best fight anyone has put up against the Eldritch God. And i can say that out of ALL of the videos of watched, YOU are THEE closet person to accomplishing a 100% legitimate NO-HIT GetFixedBoi Nameless Deity Kill. (According to my limited knowledge on this particular subject.) Secondly, the Music, oh god the music, it's perfect, everything about it, it compliments the entire fight in ways you can't even comprehend. It was the BEST POSSIBLE CHOICE of music that i could ever imagine, and i am SO glad that you didn't use other tracks from the Calamity Mod (Not to say that they wouldn't fit, they would, but not NEARLY as good as the one present in the video). Simply put, it's the perfect music for an Incomprehensible Grandiose Battle of Cosmic Proportions. Thirdly, the Structure of the Fight itself was SO. FUCKING. AWESOME. And for lack of a better word on my part i am going to refer to it as "Fight Choreography". Ill break it down into 4 points: 1. I love how fast you can react to all of the flashy bullshit on the screen, that alone peaked my excitement and I knew that this video was the one that standed out from all others. (Especially the Rapier Lunge attack, and it synched up with the song at its musical high point, so good.) 2. I appreciate the hit counter on the bottom left of you're screen, It helps to count how many times you got hit, especially in a nonsensical fight such as this where you're getting mini-flashbangs in your face, which would definitely distract people from doing the counting themselves. And also the fact that it makes the fight more real, as in a sort of relatable and honorable (Relatable in this context means that the person in question is not perfect, and adds a more human touch as to yes, there is a human being operating behind the computer, not a (biological) machine). (And Honorable in this context means that you fought Valiantly, and you even put on a good show while you were at it). 3. The Soul of Eternity, the mere fact in knowing that it was being USED in battle and not winning easily, nor making a complete joke out of the boss was SO COOOOOL!! It almost seems that it was REQUIRED to even stand a CHANCE against the ludicrous speed of the GetFixedBoi Nameless Deity. It's so fitting, practically TWO deities going at it, equally matched in Strength, Speed, AND GIVING A DAMN GOOD SHOW!! Also, about that "Filthy Cross-Modder" part, i have something to say about that: You shouldn't listen to people like that, nor care of the fact these people aren't quite fond of you using a super accessory. Screw them, who are they to decide what mods you can and can't use, who are they to decide that you should only use one mod and nothing else. (Whom mind you, without the Soul of Eternity massively boosting you're speed and mobility, which would've made the fight MUCH harder and would kinda take away from the videos Wow/Awe factor, in knowing that a GODLY ACCESSORY was being used to keep up with literally god itself). And Lastly, some Smaller details that also added to the videos quality; 1. I appreciated the little detail that you where using the armor of the Tyrant himself, Lord Yharim. Nothing much I wanted to say on that, i just liked it. 2. You're name, Yardis, combined with wearing the tyrants armor, got the gears in my head turning to create my own little headcanon for this video: Yardis, Son of the Godseeker himself, Yharim, engages in a battle so grand and epic it eclipses all others, and trembles the very foundations of Creation itself, sending ripples, neigh, Shockwaves across the universe, with everyone feeling the Almighty clash. Now for my conclusion, and I'll keep it short and sweet; It's one of the best Terraria videos I have ever seen, and deserves millions of views, that is all. And the very last thing i wanted to say: Content like this, reminds me of Yrimir's Content, especially the GetFixedBoi segment of the video. Sure it's not in his style but it eeriely mirrors it in some shapes and fascits. So what I'm saying is, you remind me of Yrimir, and thats even more amplified because of you're name, Yardis. It's interesting, it's almost like you're his reincarnation, I'm sure he would've loved to fight the Primordial God of Light if he was still around here on TH-cam. I'll try to live up to your kind words in the future, if Dominic Karma's new Noxus Rework has a cool GFB variant I'll definitely make a sequel to this video; I've unfortunately lost this kind of vibe over the months but it'd make its return with the Reworked GFB Noxus. @@YARDlS it was just a theory seeing as how the prjectiles spread. Only issue is going out diagonally because up wouldn't be much of an issue, only way I could think it beat this is using mount and journey accessories to speed up slime mount but that's a seperate mod.

So after a bit of analyzing I found that during the gun attack, he shoots a bigger projectile that doesn't do damage but locks onto you and explodes which spawns the smaller projectiles directly on you. So your theory doesn't seem to work, for me at least. Have to find a way for the big projectile to not aimbot.
A detail that I find funny is the coincidence that in my battle against him I played a Clownpiece Simphony Metal Cover (I don't remember how the author spelled it) And Yardis also put one of Clownpiece but by FalKKonE. (Probably) both referring to the fact that they both have a reference to EE.UU LoL
That's a pretty funny coincidence, haha. GFB Nameless Deity reminded me of Clownpiece (because of the gun attack of course) so I decided to use her theme, and it surprisingly fit very well. But, then I found my double speed footage to be cooler so I swapped the song choices, and here we are.
Thoughts for GFB gun attack; 1) maybe recall potions? 2) does he only break the rod of Harmony, or also the rod of discord too? Edit; hook of dissonance? Because, only way to theoretically have a CHANCE of dodging this attack is to in some way get a huge jolt of vertical momentum (you would ofc run out of room constantly trying to stay at a high enough speed), and I don’t see any other ways of doing this other than a teleport like the hook of dissonance (which feels like the most fair option), or perhaps some other strong hook similar to it that I have no idea about.
I like how Dom included that stock explosion won't be added in original Calamity Mod and you shouldn't even try to annoy developers. Imagine Yharim just going: L+Ratio, may your woes be many, KYS *BOOM *
Not doubting you, but do you have any footage or anything? I tried a lot of things and that is something that did not work for me. If someone finds a consistent way to dodge this attack, then GFB is actually 100% possible.
Currently testing how much one would need to be able to tank through (the fight quite a bit longer than regular Nameless Deity). Glad they reworked some Tank accessories recently, hopefully that'll help.
I initially had it for the GFB section (color scheme of Clown Piece + Gun Attack = Profit) but swapped it to Double Speed because it was an overall cooler clip in my eyes. It really does fit this fight. Thank you for noticing and appreciating :)

I believe the consensus is that the first mode, the lasers, is the strongest, especially if the boss is big enough for all of them to be hitting at once. I think the melee mode, the third mode, is good too. The second mode (the homing icicles) is probably the worst in most situations, but can shine if the boss is super fast. In this case, I believe I used the melee mode, but I don't think it matters that much.
When I saw xeroc I knew that. No way I gonna top that no matter how much time I spend to learn coding. Of course. This is old xeroc and new lore one is losing to noxus. But still the idea of man who continues to break limits and just can't satisfy himself and tries to find something else to do. Just to be disturbed by fighters throing a challange against him to ruin his mood every single day follows me. And not sure if I should just have it as my player or do attempt in aming a mod.

Yeah as it stands I don't think any Terraria mods are close to some of the harder lunatic games. This could change in the future though. However, I am not a very good person to ask to compare lunatic Touhou and the hardest Terraria mods... since I don't really do Terraria no-hits due to some of my gaming injuries I've sustained of the years. I guess there could be an argument that no-hit Expert Mode Blushiemagic is on par with some 1cc lunatic clears and if some of my double speed content were to be no-hit. Really hard to say though, think it's very subjective, since Terraria has the gravity and forces of acceleration at work, which makes it harder to do precise movements for most. Different games, so Terraria could be harder or easier depending on an individual's unique skill sets or talents.

Only thing i see is possible is either is fighting outside of it(due to going out of space and dying) or some how the garden manages to be broken some how. But its intended to be unbeatable and impossible without the soul of eternity/godmode. But the chances of beating it is very very slim.
It’s beatable with soul of eternity’s materials, it doesn’t need SoE itself. Soul of terraria lifesteal and abilities are busted enough. Just pop them when your health is low and you no diff Xeroc.

the gun is possible to dodge, its just stupid difficult. a way to dodge enough so you don't die is to go in a diagonal line as long as you can.

Have you tried using a fully defensive loadout (Auric/Fearmonger) with a ton of defensive accessories? It might be barely possible to do GFB this way.

what mode do you use for the endogenesis summon? since im trying to beat normal nameless deity with this loadout or does it not matter
I believe the consensus is that the first mode, the lasers, is the strongest, especially if the boss is big enough for all of them to be hitting at once. I think the melee mode, the third mode, is good too. The second mode (the homing icicles) is probably the worst in most situations, but can shine if the boss is super fast. In this case, I believe I used the melee mode, but I don't think it matters that much.

When I saw xeroc I knew that. No way I gonna top that no matter how much time I spend to learn coding. Of course. This is old xeroc and new lore one is losing to noxus. But still the idea of man who continues to break limits and just can't satisfy himself and tries to find something else to do. Just to be disturbed by fighters throing a challange against him to ruin his mood every single day follows me. And not sure if I should just have it as my player or do attempt in aming a mod.

@@YARDlS Fair enough, I know touhou is hard (Still haven't even beaten it on normal.) But I am surprised there is no Terraria mod that is harder than it (Still possible though)
Yeah as it stands I don't think any Terraria mods are close to some of the harder lunatic games. This could change in the future though. However, I am not a very good person to ask to compare lunatic Touhou and the hardest Terraria mods... since I don't really do Terraria no-hits due to some of my gaming injuries I've sustained of the years. I guess there could be an argument that no-hit Expert Mode Blushiemagic is on par with some 1cc lunatic clears and if some of my double speed content were to be no-hit. Really hard to say though, think it's very subjective, since Terraria has the gravity and forces of acceleration at work, which makes it harder to do precise movements for most. Different games, so Terraria could be harder or easier depending on an individual's unique skill sets or talents.

Only thing i see is possible is either is fighting outside of it(due to going out of space and dying) or some how the garden manages to be broken some how.
But its intended to be unbeatable and impossible without the soul of eternity/godmode. But the chances of beating it is very very slim.
It’s beatable with soul of eternity’s materials, it doesn’t need SoE itself. Soul of terraria lifesteal and abilities are busted enough. Just pop them when your health is low and you no diff Xeroc.
I agree, I might be able to do it with just Soul of Dimensions and some other defensive/offensive accessories.
