Because your premise is false. Under the Biden administration, the US have produced more LNG than ever before. Drill baby drill, if you will.
Furthermore, investing in renewable energies is not only good for the climate and creates jobs, it also puts pressure on the price of crude oil. And makes America also more independent from fossil fuels. This is the reasoning behind Biden's infrastructure bills. Something which Trump had been promising for next week for his entire term, but sadly never got around to it, because it would have been without a doubt soooo much better than Sleepy Joe's infrastructure achievements.
Third, and this is a little known fact: The Biden administration bought massive amounts of crude oil at the beginning of the pandemic when it was dirt cheap and sold it later when prices at the pump skyrocketed. Therey they achieved three things:
mitigation of the price situation and hence on inflation
put pressure on OPEC (as this was not a one time thing, it's an ongoing policy)
make a nice profit as a bonus.
I'd say, whoever thought of this strategy IS a top businessman as opposed to only CLAIMING this.
She does not understand that inflation, spending, interest rates, unemployment, etc are related. She has no knowledge.

As Harold said, it was 30,930 the day biden took office, so Trump had a gain of 56.2% during his term, with COVID. The Dow closed today at 38,703, for a gain of 25.1% on bidens watch. Yes, the market grew under biden, but only by about half of the growth the we saw under Trump.
