Most of all remember these 4 words, innocent until proven guilty.

No I have to charge you regardless of volunteering the currency of the charge which should void the charge by writing them off by literally working 8 hour shifts at a homeless shelter until it voids the fine?

Itd b nice if u spoke a little bit slower so the captions could atleast keep up with what you're saying. Thank you for the great information. It is much appreciated but i had to pause numerous times to take notes lol video is 14 minutes and 53 seconds i think it took me an hour to actually get thru while taking notes lol😅

Thanks for the feedback - will do a little slower - also there is an option to reduce the speed.

Can you win your trial case with a public defender

Depends how committed the public defender is considering the fees they will be paid. Same goes for a private defence lawyer. Some are motivated by money others by seeing justice done. Check
      1. Named Lawyer who will be dealing with case and you
      2. Named Lawyer is accessible via phone or in person meeting
      3/ agree an action plan

It is your case. You tell them what to do. They are just there to advise you. When you go in front of the judge if your lawyer or public defender did not clarify to you before. You tell the judge that you were not clarified of how the case is going to be presented. The Judge will have no choice but to order your lawyer or the public defender to clarify everything to you. If again they did not or if they acted funny which they usually do. Tell the judge again and judge will dicipline the lawyer or the public defender. USA court system is a mess ☹

Seriously, I had to stop this video because of the obnoxious camera sounds or whatever that scary and annoying interruption was. It was a great video and I felt like I may have learned something from it, until the tenth obnoxiously loud noise you felt made it better.
My ptsd made me forget what I was getting from this, and now I'm just mad. Thanks

Really annoying video. Good info but the way he puts it's like he's doing a comedy show
