I guessing this is the mid 80s. The boys were having something of an unexpected resurgence and well deserved. Quality playing and entertaining. Look at those dance moves!
This was the firstversion of Shadoogie I ever heard - Shadoogie '83 from the Tellydisc "Silver" album - very very rare to hear or see them play this version - thanks so much!
Mexico Angel.😊😊😊🎸🎸🎸😁❤❤❤
Interesting to see Brian using 'matched grips' that was made famous by Ringo even if Brian Bennett had national and international recognition before Ringo with The Shadows.
I've heard many version of Shadoogie, but none as good as the original LP version released in 1961. I have a half-hour Shadows concert video-taped in the Netherlands, I think, which was shown on Finnish TV as well with Alan Jones on the bass, but no keyboards. Keep posting cool videos, please! 👍
Agreed Night Rider. The 1961 version is still the best. Also The Shads interpretation of Sleepwalk where instead of Hank playing the usual one octave drop to begin, he plays up with echo. Unbeatable !!!
Much misunderstandings regarding live or mimed performances. For Most groups it's unavoidable. They complied with a few but they were so tight as a band, that as Marvin has stated, they could not overcome the fact that what they played was in fact "live."

Pretty sure that’s live.
Without Jet
@@shailendrasingh2016 Think that's obvious as this is from the late 70's and the colour TV era ......... and Jet walked out in 1962 !
@@teent0mt0m yep. For sure it is live. Odd for a t v show but definitely live
