Kula's hair get's cleary-blue when her power is switched on. when not, the hair turn brown (in some games Kula's hair is blonde like in KOF XIV) The same reason as Benimaru's hair being up all the time (you can find some scenes with his hair all down, it turns up due his eletricity).

KoF siempre ha funcionado asi con todos los finales de los equipos fuera de la historia principal. Son solo historias irrelevantes, como los propios equipos, sin relacion con el juego pasado o el juego futuro. Ya que KoF sigue asi despues de 15 juegos y mas de 25 años, es difícil creer en un cambio de este formato. Ahora mi problema no es con estos finales sin progresion, sino con las historias estupidas. FF y AOF, los pilares de SNK que la convirtieron en la ÚNICA rival competente de Capcom en los 90 (juegos 2d), y sin los cuales SNK habria ya quebrado en los 90, son siempre tratados como broma en KoF. Es como si la historia de Kyo, Iori, Chizuru, K (en la saga Nests) etc, es la historia principal de DBZ... Y FF y AOF son solo un episodio de filler estupido de DBZ.

@ Not defending the horrible kof story but the tekken one is also very shit I mean good graphics but the plot is ludicrous and there is no stakes or consistency, plot is always a bad part of FG games, even games like blazblue that have full visual novels in them are not very good.
