Great ideas for affordable items to fill my junk journals, especially using illustrations from old books and using wallpaper patterns. I also have purchased old books with the intent of using their pages for my journals, and then decided I will keep one or another book to read to my grandchildren. Vintage shops are great places to buy beautiful old doilies, and the ones you found this time are particularly lovely. Gorgeous embroidery on some. Thanks for sharing!

I just I just recently discovered your channel and I'm in love!! I especially adore these thrift haul videos. It's inspired me to go out and look harder because I swear I never find anything as interesting as what you find! Lol

Love the books! I have a couple of those frame albums as well, planning on separating the front and back of each page so I have 2 frames to use for the price of one - flat on journal pages.

I would check the going rate on those vintage books before you cut them up. They might be worth something, especially in such great condition. Great finds none the less.
Donna McNair. You don't?! Sorry to hear, at least you can save a lot of money. I literally live by 4 craft stores not including regular clothing stores that have art supplies. It is soo easy to go by the stores then wanting to buy Everything!!!! Maybe it is better you don't have any craft stores. 😉

The rupert book brings back childhood memories I was an avid fan,in england ahead series of rupert on tv and were very popular.
