You're the kind of guy I'd like to walk around in the morning and have a walk and chat about cameras while enjoying shooting film. I'd love to go out and shoot some more but film prices are getting out of hands now :\
Just landed over on your videos randomly. Amaze to see how even small things can make so much stories in the images. Keep creating. Wish you all the best.
This was such a lovely video to watch! :) I am excited to start getting into film photography to capture memories, and this video makes me want to try the Kodak ColorPlus film!
Just a relaxing walk in the neighborhood and I enjoyed it! I don't get to go out much lately because of what's happening but good thing I get to explore thru watching here. Favorite? Definitely the one with the Pond, that was a straight A+ =) You know how History is really keeping up with us and it's really amazing because we get to enjoy it and actually fuse it with all this new stuff. Way to start a great week Teo! Nice!
the picture of the garden with the roulotte is my favorite! great job Teo! loving your videos so far :) would be interesting to see some cheap 35mm film comparisons like kodak color, gold and fuji c 200
I really enjoy and appreciate your videos. All of them give me such a feeling of warmth and aestheticnes (if that is a word). I just came back from a roadtrip to the border of Austria and I competely get the vibe of these places you shot. My fave is the ghibli house, gotta agree with what you said and it also reinforces the positive experiences of the mountains with a feeling of blissfull calmness.
I did this just this morning with some Lomo800. There is still a bit of fall color in my neighborhood and I tried to catch it with some early morning light. I can't wait to get the roll developed and see how it turned out.
I owned this camera back in the 1990’s with the wide angle and small distance between the lens and film vignetting is very common. My small Panasonic from the early digital era did the exactly the same thing .
My wife bought the Kodak M35 for Christmas because I love taking photos but mostly automatic on my iPhone. She bought a roll of Color Plus and Gold. We’ve received our photos back from the lab a few hours ago. She loved the vibe (I guess?) from the Gold compared to Color Plus. I planned to use one film per day whenever I feel like going out and taking photos because a roll of film is rising up by the day. But, after four rolls I know how the Kodak M35 performs in natural light, low light and overexposed environment.
i really enjoy your narration, the calmness of the video and the beautiful images! so glad i stumbled upon one of your videos few days back :) the colors here are greaat, what did you use for scanning the negatives?
Ohh sweet, glad you're enjoying the stay (is that normal to say about a visit on a channel haha??). I go with the DSLR-Scanning workflow and then convert the raw files with NegativeLabPro🙌🏼
I think the 2nd shot of the 3 trees is my favorite, I really like the look of this film stock, I'll have to try it out myself soon. currently waiting cinestill 800t and kodak tri-x to be delivered, as well as a Canon EOS 650. I've been trying to shoot more film lately
it seems you prefer to photograph the leading road/paths and spare boxes like bins...and I've been inspired how to take better photos of them, thanks to you
Hello Teo, been watching your channel for awhile! Awesome content. Beautiful images. Kodak ColorPlus looks great! Are you doing any image tweaking or just straight out of the camera? Point and shoot cameras can be so fun. I shoot both film and digital! The vignetting add a nice vintage look imo. The comp with the camper/caravan is great!
Ohh sweet, thank you!🙇🏻♂️🤗 I convert my images in NegativeLabPro, and edit them lightly in there. :) Ohh ok, interesting🧐 Mhm yess, love that one too :D
Great content, inspiring, living in a similar area, interresting to see what one can make out of it. Got 3 rolls of this film, great to see what vibe it has ... keep the good work up ! 👍
Relaxing to watch. I just sold my dad's old Olympus Mju II to someone a bit younger than me who seemed very enthusiastic about film photography! The colors in these shots are nice. I noticed you say 'cute' a lot. I'm British-American and have never noticed many British people say 'cute', I always thought it was an American thing, but maybe it's come into style in Britain now 😛
Ohh I honestly don't know what the Brits say nowadays... I'm half British but live in Austria and I believe my English has many varying influences so I guess my language is quite a mixture😅🤷🏻♂️
amazing pictures! were you recording on your go pro hero 8? the footage looks nice and soft and doesn't have that oversharpened image that smaller sensors usually do- did you do something in post production or was it soft out of camera?
Thank you!🤗 Yes, the walking shots are all from the GoPro. I've set the sharpness in the camera to the lowest setting to avoid that oversharpened look. In post I only add a colour grade but nothing really that would change the sharpness :)
hey teo! love your content!! i really love the colours you can get out of the colourplus stock! but it seems like yours has a little more saturation in them, do you boost them in post by any chance?
Thank you!🥺🙇🏻♂️ Sort of yes... I scan them the DSLR-scanning way and then convert them in NegativeLabPro. In the settings just before conversion there's this setting called "pre-saturation". I have that set to the max, so probably that's why my photos come out pretty saturated🤷🏻♂️
@@teocrawford oh wow that’s something new! i’m currently looking into scanning my own rolls too, do you have any equipment you could suggest i might be able to look at?
Pheeew, depends on the shoot and mood. I listen to a lot of melancholic stuff (Emorap or Emopunk usually), but on days like in this video I lean towards some lofi HipHop :D
The tree @ 5:08 Maybe next time shoot if from directly below through the tree into the sky using the tree trunk as the leading line from the bottom of the image up into the blossom & sky.
mhm yes, I should try that🧐 Although I do also like the reduced character of the composition without the trunk to minimize the amount of different elements🤔
you content is more about exploring and not about creating something sensational. I double that all you need is to put more sensational titles(eg: money, fall, what?) and stuff to attract more people(just advice if you want to make money from this). For me i love this content of yours. Your videos have a character to them.
I'll take that as a compliment, thank you!🙇🏻♂️ I dislike unnecessarily sensational titles, therefore I lean away from them myself, although surely I might attract some more attention. However that kind of attention is not what I'm looking for :) I'm so happy that people like you found me anyway and that you like my content, thank you!🤗
Hello there! I hope you enjoyed this fine morning of film photography! :) So which was your favourite?
Have a good week,
Teo
Awasome
The two trees framing the lake, the first one of the path as you came to the lake, and the one with the bicycle are my favourites.
You're the kind of guy I'd like to walk around in the morning and have a walk and chat about cameras while enjoying shooting film. I'd love to go out and shoot some more but film prices are getting out of hands now :\
One of the best 35mm film stocks. Also really cool story about how you received the XA. It’s a great lil camera.
Haha yes I was so excited as my Mum handed me that box :D
Going back here because I just recently purchased my first film camera and ColorPlus as my first film roll. Yey!
Really enjoy your videos. I particularly like your commentary on the images; the way you explain what you think works and doesn't work. Well done.
Ohh sweet, glad you do! Thank you!🤗🙇🏻♂️
These photos have a vibe that a small town where I used to spend my summers as a child has. It's feels so nostalgic for me, I loved it ✨🙌
Ohh sweet, glad you liked it!🤗

Ohh sweet - well welcome to the channel! Thank you!🙇🏻♂️
8:00 I love it too :) and the cherry blossoms one
I love how ur so easily entertained🤣 it's so cute
Hahah I just like stuff😅😅
This was such a lovely video to watch! :) I am excited to start getting into film photography to capture memories, and this video makes me want to try the Kodak ColorPlus film!
Ohh cool, glad you enjoyed it! Yeees, try it out it's so fun and ColorPlus is great😍
Loved watching you talk through your process. Would love love more of these! Great video Teo!
Sweet, thank you!🤗
In all this randomness, there is always one classic favourite :D
Hahah, indeed :D

Ohh yeah, happy to read I could sweeten your start into this week!🤩
Sorry to read that you can't explore much now :(
Ahh ok, thank you!🤗
The caravan was fav, lovely neighborhood
Ohh yeah, love that one😍🤗
More photo walks please. Awesome video, Teo "Cute" Crawford.
Hehe, thank you!🙇🏻♂️🤗
Kodak ColorPlus Colors look absolutely gorgeous. If I can get my Grandpa's Canon AE1 repaired, I definitely have to try it some time!
Ohh do that!😍🙌🏼
5:07 i would have shot that tree with the garage together cause it looks awesome!
ah, your videos are THE BEST. Loved the images man, it was so relaxing
Ahhh thank you! So happy to read this!🙇🏻♂️🙇🏻♂️
I just picked up a roll of color plus and I think this video did a good job showing me whats possible with it, thanks!
Solid shots! Loved the storytelling part on how you got the XA as well. Keep it up!
Thank you!🤗🙇🏻♂️
Very calming 😊
Ohh sweet, thanks🤗
For me the frame with the bicycle is the one that shone for me . Great video.
The pics are so good!
Aww thank you! :)
5:43 I like the tree shadows in the bottom right here!
one of the best photo walk videos // loved it
Uhh really!? Thank you!🙇🏻♂️🤗
Awesome video as always dude! I probably would have spent at least an hour photographing those houses at 6:12! They look sooo cool!
Yoo thanks mate! Hahah I see👌🏼 Interesting how you see so much potential there, which I seemingly didn't recognize🙌🏼
You take great photos! You know how to frame your stuff.
Always love the casual vibe with your videos Teo. Nice shots and congrats on 10k 🙂✌
Ohh sweet, thank you!🤗

Cool, I see - I love that!🙏🏼
6:45 I just noticed that the shadow of the fence and the fence itself created a line that is continuous.
Right!? I really like that :D
Love the bicycle photo! It totally does remind me of the ghibli films!
Right!?😍 Thank you!🙇🏻♂️
2:12 is the my fav !
I also loved the lake photo from 7:16
Ohh sweet🤗🙌🏼

Starkes Video, starke Bilder! Keep it up 🙂
Dankeschön!🙇🏻♂️
Amazing video mate..live from Assam ❤️ India
Thank you!!🤗
Ur soo coool
For some great “randomness “ have you looked at Lee Friedlander’s work?
Ohh no I haven't - I better check it out👀

so good,
What camera do you use when walking?
I think it's a GoPro on his head
Yes, as Alexis pointed out - it's a GoPro Hero8 :)
hi teo, what kind of music do you listen to when shooting?
Pheeew, depends on the shoot and mood. I listen to a lot of melancholic stuff (Emorap or Emopunk usually), but on days like in this video I lean towards some lofi HipHop :D
The tree @ 5:08 Maybe next time shoot if from directly below through the tree into the sky using the tree trunk as the leading line from the bottom of the image up into the blossom & sky.

mhm yes, I should try that🧐 Although I do also like the reduced character of the composition without the trunk to minimize the amount of different elements🤔
Ohh yeah, I loved the sunlight on that morning👌🏼
Hi Teo, what camera bag do you use for your normal kit you shoot with?
I believe it's called Lowepro Pro Tactic 450 AW ii🤗🙌🏼

As Alyssa says☝🏼 Austria it is🤗
Bro Is walking with a 200$ Camera 😂

Your videos inspire me a lot, and always makes me want to make my own - I was thinking how do you mount your gopro? 🤍
