If Musk and Trump haven't removed the Government websites, you should be able to find any answer you want.
Just because there are certain instances where money is spent in a way many may seem unwise, does not mean the money was stolen or mishandled.
I'm all for constant reevaluation of all money being spent, but not to cut everything and hope for the best.
Besides, does Musk and the Oligarchs need more tax cuts? Because that is where any monies saved will end up with Trump and the GOP.

They are correct we spend roughly $6 trillion. We take roughly $4 trillion but they don’t talk about what we spend $6 trillion on. The top six items that we spend $6 trillion on can’t be touched. Literally when you look at that $6 trillion 95% of it maybe more you can’t change. You can’t change Social Security that’s number one. Medicare is number two you’re not gonna touch that. Number three is literally paying interest on our debt. The military is # 4. You can’t touch that. The last two are Medicaid and VA benefits. That’s literally 95% of government spending or more and guess what none of it can be touched. So even if you got rid of the other 5% of spending completely which you can’t do because some programs we still need we kind of sort of need to fund health studies. We kind of sort of need to fund disaster relief College education, you know, education in general those things still have to be funded. Arguing about waste fraud and abuse fine it’s there, but it’s so small compared to the entire budget even if you got rid of all of it it would be less than a drop in the bucket.
You’re only solution to this problem is to either tackle spending in those top six which nobody is going to touch or you need to bring in more tax money. The Republican answer is always we will boost the economy and bring in more tax money. You need to bring in $2 trillion worth of tax revenue. You’re not gonna boost the economy in any sort of way that will bring $2 trillion more tax revenue. Your only option is to honestly raise taxes and reform healthcare. Now, if you reform healthcare, you can reduce what you spend in Medicare and Medicaid, but it’s going to require major healthcare reform and regulations and guess what nobody that’s a republican wants to do that.

What of we closed wealthy tax loop holes for super yachts, airplanes and G-Wagons. Then we could require them to pay into social security and Medicaid on ALL their income.

Anyone who for a moment thought this was a good idea is stupid. Trump is going to give any money saved from gutting the government (EPA, Education, FBI, USAID, IRS, DOD, DOL, DOJ, FAA, NOAH, FEMA, HHS, CDC, FDA, HUD, VA) and their services, not to struggling Americans, it will go to the Richest Americans and contractors. BOOK BANNING: Some books need to be banned. Elementary school children should not have access to pornagraphic material whether that would be pictures or text. Just using the phrase "book banning" is meant to bring up Hitleresque images of atrocious acts against Jews, etc. Yet civilized society MUST wisely choose right from wrong, and banning some content is absolutely necessary for the survival of society.
