I just love the way she talks, I could listen to her for hours. Cecily is a big reason I grew stronger in my faith I just think her relationship with Jesus is so beautiful and something to look up to
I was already obsessed with Cecily but after this episode! OMG what a life story and still with a smile on her face! 🤍 Love her! Thank you Avery for not interrupting her! Such a good host!
Its so refreshing to see someone freely talk about Jesus and not be interrupted! So proud of Cecily for being opem with us with her story and opening up. Avery you are such a beautiful person inside and out.. thank you for listening to her and letting her speak so freely with no judgement🥹 so proud of you and all that youre doing!🫶
She is genuinely my favorite person on the internet. So inspirational and just exudes happiness that is contagious in the best way. I look forward to her content all the time. Her relationship with Jesus is beautiful. Love you Cecily! Thank you for everything!
this video brings tears to my eyes, it brings back trauma with my dad....he was abusive and bipolar..he passed in 2018 and i stlll cry about it i miss him and i wish things were different. trauma never goes away , thankyou for this episode
As someone that has the same beliefs as Cecily it was so nice and refreshing hearing her, loved it so much! I’m so happy you had her on your podcast! She’s awesome! 🩷
Cecily, I hope you see this. Your story was so inspiring and beautiful to hear. God is real and your story is proof of that. May He continue to bless you and your family forever. Thank you for sharing. You are so strong. ❤
I loved this episode so much and I loved how Avery let Cecily be her. Let her talk about her faith even though Avery isn’t religious. Really showed how professional Avery is 💗
Thank you Cecily for sharing with us about your fam, faith and marriage. I look up to you so much, on my path as a Christian going from being Catholic years back. Your faith and transparency about postpartum is very healing. Sending you so much love and peace most importantly blessings to you! 🫶🏽
I have heard these stories a few times now and each time I am more shocked and just more inspired. Cecily thank you for being that inspiration and restoring my faith. You are such a light in this crazy world.
I love love you both. You’re both so different but sooo great in so many ways. Cecily helps me heal and revisit my faith. Avery you have helped me relax and just let my kids be kids. Thank you both for being who you are. You’re both such a LIGHT. Thank you. You were both meant for this. And I thank god for putting you both in my path. 🫶🏻💕
Cecily you are such a bright light!✨ love you so much im so proud of how far you’ve come in life, coming from a broken home.. you’re so strong and inspiring. 🫶🏼🤎
How vulnerable of a conversation to discuss, I would have sobbed if I had gone through what Cecily went through, what a background. Thanks for sharing Cecily, I am such a fan!!
This was such a beautiful testimony of Cecily ! I truly have gained more inspiration listening to her on this episode! Always loved her and her faith is so strong ❤
Holy cow i love the richness of podcasting! I love short videos too but it’s amazing how much we learn about people with a conversation. Thank you for sharing 🥰
I am so so so glad I decided to watch/ listen to this. This was a huge wakeup call to me to never assume a content creators past or life. I definitely look at her different now ❤
Ahhhhh I'm crying!!! I have a similar upbringing as Cecily and this interview was so healing and affirming for me. Growing up with alcoholic parents is a trauma I wish on nobody. Thank you for sharing, thank you Avery for allowing her to share her story. Love following both of you! I found you both on TikTok and have been watching every video ever since. I don't get much self-care time, but when I do I love going to your pages and catching up with my girls. Love you both so much, such a blessing have you both on my feed! Much love, Maddisen
The way my soul left my body when you told that story about your son. 😳 I am SO glad he's ok! I cannot even imagine how terrifying that was for your family!
Wow Cecily the struggle you had with your dad years ago I am going through this right now with my dad it hurts when you have kids because all you want is for them to live for you and them
I hope Cecily reads this: You say you don’t feel gifted on the preaching part, but honestly, I’m a firm believer god has always shown me or gotten me near people who increase my faith whenever i feel lost, you were one of does. I’m not gonna say I was in a dark spot or anything, because my life has been amazing, but when it comes to faith It has always flanked, but you made me get closer to god and I’m no glad I found you.
Wow! Had no idea about Cecily’s story. I followed on her on IG a couple of years ago because I was told by friends that her mom humor is sooo relatable but never knew her back story. You never would have known she struggled like this. I have a similar story to her as well. Thank you for having her as a guest! She is amazing, God-filled, and I agree she radiates like a pink starburst!! Lol xoxox ❤
Another great podcast. The mic change is everything girl. The quality is a lot better and more balanced. Love me some Yeti blue mics but the ones you have now are just so much better. This episode really connected to me personally and some experiences I've gone through.
Loved watching you ladies Avery- I’ve fallen in love with you even more every time I watch your podcasts. You have so much depth and multi-dimensionality that I can just really relate to 🤍
Sometimes the responses Avery would give back, like “we had two miscarriages back to back” - “Ouch” idk they felt, insensitive? Maybe just me. I love the way Cecily shared her story, she deserves all the light.
She also just said she had an eating disorder for most of her life, and Avery immediately started talking about how skinny she was after 4 kids and how she showed her partner how skinny she is.
This could not have come at a better time. I lost my dad three days ago to alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver… and our stories are so similar. Thanks for lifting me up in this time of need🤍
Whoa, at the same age I would do 500-800 calories a day too, and I would watch baking and cooking shows. lost my cycle as well and ran 8 miles a day😮💨 I lost so much of my hair. By the grace of God, we all survived! Thanks for sharing your story!!❤❤
People are so mean to her in the comments especially on Facebook reels and I always try to comment positivity to counteract the bad because there is just something about Cecily that makes me want to defend and protect her at all costs while celebrating her and her perfections and imperfections ❤❤❤❤❤
You would think that since she mentioned her history with eating disorder that you wouldn't comment on her appearance on being "itty bitty" and "tiny" after four kids..
You both are queens 👸 I have so many similarities with Cecily…thank you both for being the strong, open, honest, loving, kind and funny women you are ✌️❤️🙏
This video makes me sad now because you really were such a great friend to her and that hurts me so much that she did you so dirty. I’m sorry, Avery. 🥺
I love this episode so so much! You are both so different but so kind and are showing people you can be friends despite having different views. You guys are amazing and I enjoy your content so much. I love you both ❤️
I love that Avery lets her talk, doesn’t interrupt or cut her off … let’s Cecile lead. Great episode so far!
I just love the way she talks, I could listen to her for hours. Cecily is a big reason I grew stronger in my faith I just think her relationship with Jesus is so beautiful and something to look up to

I loved this episode so much and I loved how Avery let Cecily be her. Let her talk about her faith even though Avery isn’t religious. Really showed how professional Avery is 💗
