I don’t think she will. Not every girl wants to be texted incessantly. I agree with her completely. If you’re confident, you don’t need that kind of constant validation. And I know that it’s rare for women to be secure and confident- but I believe she genuinely is. I enjoy when my partner texts me out of the blue, but I also wouldn’t be bent out of shape if he didn’t. So I’m 100% on her side on that.
@Alli_bossmama the thing is, I'm exactly the same in that I am not into texting between dates. But that's why I tell guys on the first date I'm not into it, and if they text me anyway I reply once a day for kindness! It's that simple, you don't need to go on and on about how busy you are. And personally, if I felt like complaining about a guy after a date and didn't totally respect him, I cut it off, instead of dragging it along. Isn't that more self worth?
No one will ever love Caller #1 more than she loves herself. Lol Good lord, this guy is just trying to get to know you. If you hate everything about him be honest and tell him so he can move on.
She sounded so disgusted that a single man would go to a bar twice a month with his buddies. That means 28 days a month he’s not going out. If you’re that judgmental, dating is not going to be easy.
the first callers date that she was talking about seems like he for sure needs to be alone for a second especially after getting out of a 10 year long relationship so that he can fully move on from his ex & can figure out who he is without her.
I feel for caller #1. She is showing up in dating situations with the same tone she does police work with. If she could be “in role” at work, then shift just slightly to a softer, sweeter tone on dates without losing her assertive, direct, boundary setting skills she’d be even more attractive and more powerful.
The moment caller number 2 mentioned he went to the bar while she was afraid her dog was dying I was like…. He doesn’t care about your feelings girl !!!!
Glad i'm not the only one annoyed at caller 1, I had to turn her off! Girl, I'm sorry, you would be much more likeable if you just learned to communicate directly yet kindly, instead of going on about how busy you are and putting this guy down low key on a PODCAST. I also hate texting between dates, so I just let them know that nicely on the first date and if they insist on texting me anyway just keep it to one reply a day!
Something about caller 1 man. She seems rough and unkind. God forbid someone treats her with respect snd thoughtfulness. If THAT gives you the ick girl, you don't deserve him.
i disagree, she’s blunt and straightforward. second guy mentioned is insecure after his lengthy relationship. 6 months is nothing after 10 years. hopefully that changes for him after being solo and healing for a while. she communicates her boundaries, that’s not unkind, it’s just necessary.
I actually really loved the first caller. Certainly no one’s perfect, but I love that she’s a confident woman. I love that she’s not afraid to state her boundaries. A lot of women are programmed to be appeasing. She had a really dynamic personality, she seems like fun, and she has her shit together on top of it. I loved her.
Big fan of jumping straight into the calls!
Yes!!
I really appreciate Nick for bringing the cop back down-to-earth in regards to the guy being excited about her.
Caller 1 will be crying when a guy she actually likes doesn’t text her good morning texts when she wants them to. Damn, girl.

Give him to a girl who would appreciate him
the way she chatted about her crime fighting was unbearable hahaha
@@abbeys1503 like she's single handedly keeping this planet from falling off it's axis lol
Caller #1 is judgeyyyyy
Impressive advice by Nick for Caller #2! Always leave with something valuable listening to Ask Nick.
Yes!
Caller #1 really wants us to know how many prospects she has
What is going on with caller #1?! Calm down. I was all in and then she had another agenda

Caller #1 went sideways and sounds like she needs validation

That was my thought...
