Sure, packages have directions and stuff on them, which is fine, but most things will still taste the same if you use more/less of some things. To me, that actually makes cooking easier. :)

I bought a wonderfully yummy small/medium spiral cut ham last Christmas. Oh it was so yummy. But the best part is I got it for only 95¢ a pound at Aldi's. I'm soo glad I got over there on the last night of the sale. I also just found the bone in my freezer. So time for either beans or peas!
