I have the 10 and have been thinking of upgrading. I have watched a couple of these 10 vs 13 pro comparisons and I have to agree the reviewer. While the 13 is an improvement, all the improvements seem very marginable. Actually, I'm very disappointed in the advancement over 4 years.

I already upgraded from my X to a Note 20 Ultra last year due to terrible battery and overheating + small and dim screen, but its great to see it still hold up!
From my experience from upgrading, I have found myself using my X more than the 13 pro. Why? I’ve noticed the X has deeper blacks, truer whites and better contrast in color. The only difference that makes the 13 pro stand out is the 120 hz refresh rate. I am also a fan of the rear camera upgrade for the 13 pro. On the other side, I’ve noticed the front facing camera washes out my face in photos or looks like there’s a filter airbrushing my face. I appreciate the X showing some imperfections and not sugarcoating my selfies. If I wanted a filter I would just slap one on! So in my opinion, if you have an iPhone X you can wait to upgrade. There’s no rush.
S10+ is not even that old bro, I still rock it and it’s awesome, as nice as when I bought it in 2019. U can go for it IMO (Android 12 is also coming on it).

I upgraded from X to 13 pro for 450$ after trade in. After using 13 Pro, I was not able to enjoy using the X. The X felt sluggish after I got the taste if 13 Pro. The upgrade is really not necessary but if you don't care much about a few hundred bucks, its worth it.
I ordered the 13 pro, not yet received, only because I broke my X screen. Otherwise, wouldn't have upgraded. The X was solid for me, never lagged, decent battery(not a heavy user) and loved the bright OLED display. Still excited for the 13 pro
My Xs still works great. My main consideration for upgrade now instead of waiting for next year is the current trade in value w ATT is $800. I’m not sure I’ll get that much for it next year.

yeah this is so true. My pc is set to 144hz and I use an iphone 12 pro. I can really notice it and sometimes if im switching from my monitors to looking at my phone. It hurts my eyes a bit as well but then my eyes get adjusted to it.

just ordered a 13 Pro max 256GB upgrading from my iphone X 256GB. Prior to this I held onto my 6 Plus until I got the X. I try to get atleast 3 years out of a phone. I would have tried for another year had this for over 3 years. But due to some cracking causing the screen to hit random buttons I figured better to upgrade than repair.

Same I only upgraded bc my port was having issues and they gave me $800 for my x I felt $500 for an upgrade of use a security claim .. I loved my 10 I also really needed to find pictures by text that I’d huge for me , and as an influencer j wanted Better front facing cam for lives…but still if my port wasn’t having issues I would’ve waited

The extra ram and battery performance have made it for me. You can also keep holding on just one more year. But the last generations of iPhones have gotten so similar there isn’t too much point. Why not get something and enjoy it now. When I used FaceTime my phone would almost shut down it would just lag so much. Same with maps running in background. Now those aren’t problems anymore.
Excellent simple proper video - there are zillions who change phones only every 4/5 years esp as Iphone X is still pretty robust and i can use it rough as well than to upgrade now and be extra careful with the new one 😀

But I an iPhone X owner since the launch sees no real reason to upgrade to the latest IPhone or any released in the next couple of years. First , my girlfriend has an IPhone 13 Pro max, and yes it’s a gorgeous design, with much better battery life and an amazing camera. However, apart from the camera these upgrades are still minimal. I can take good photos, the battery last me a full day and if it doesn’t I plug it back on charge or use a power prank if I know I will be somewhere that has no charge, but honestly that’s like hardly ever, just long trips like flying to America and even then most planes have power sockets stored in the seats . But I do love the design especially the regular 13 pro. I think the bigger camera looks beautiful on it, that’s the one I would buy if I had to. But I recon I will be good for at least another 2 years maybe 3 hahaha

So I don’t really know where that question came from because 3 years or not , shit gets damaged. I’m watching this on my iphone X. For me still not worth to upgrade. I have my phone since 2017 and still 99% smooth. All I did is replaced the battery.
I have an iPhone X (256GB) with a 3600mAh battery, third party Soft OLED panel, and it lasts me about half a day with extremely heavy usage. I use AirPods Pro and the Apple Watch Series 7 45mm, I’ve also noticed that with my AirPods and XM3’s, that the audio blips, and suddenly cuts out for a very split second. Is it really worth upgrading for a heavy content user?
Emotionally I kind of want to upgrade, but rationally I cannot find enough reasons to jump from my iphone x. We’ll see if I manage to hold out until iphone 14. Thanks for the comparison!
Iphone 13 pro has U1 chip for precise airtag location up to an inch and magsafe which is super great for holding and charging ur phone in the car without needing clamps on each side ,,,its great just grab and go,,battery is longer lasting many more things to mention etc ….
I’d have kept my X another year, but the past week my screen has acted up. Today clarified need a new one. Count the battery upgrade (mine is at 76% and dI’m looking at $350. Damn. Really wanted to wait to get another phone (had this one 5 years).
I was gonna upgrade couple months ago to 12 pro or Max but waited for the 13 pro (or Max) the only thing I’m concerned with is the weight and size. My iPhone X is already pretty heavy and big but I can’t get to a store to compare in person. Hopefully I make the right decision on size, storage, and color. wish me luck🤞

I'm pretty happy with my Sprint Iphone X. But Tmobile is making it very enticing for Sprint users to upgrade. They're offering me an $800 credit for my iphone and I get to keep my old sprint plan. So I now I'm just deciding between the 13 pro or pro max. Without this offer, I would've tried to milk another year or 2 from the iphone X before upgrading.
I wish reviewers would do videos acknowledging the damage that Apple has done to the smartphone world. The trends they've started that in reality is only about making money. I love smartphones and it used to be a thing I loved to follow and watch what companies new innovations have come out with. Now it's just Apple taking away features and the other companies following what Apple gets away with. Now that LG is gone there won't be anymore SD card slots on flagships and hifi DACs and all the crazy and sometimes ingenious innovation they had. This has become a very boring and sad part of what I used to love about smartphones. IMO Apple is responsible for being the biggest killer of innovation in this thing I used to love. iPhones are a one trick pony with cameras and that's it. There's no real innovation nothing new or exciting. Watch any iPhone video and the first half is the reviewer talking about the colours. That's it?
I have the XS max In silver 256 gb. Verizon has this promotion going on where the trade in value for my phone is $800. And it will only bring my phone bill up to $16.00 you can’t beat that

I just upgraded from the x to the 13 pro, the x is an awesome phone. I unfortunately damaged mine beyond repair so I decided to upgrade. I think moving from android to ios you’ll get a good experience using that phone. If mine hadn’t been damaged I wouldn’t have bothered upgrading to be honest.
If you can’t afford the 13 pro and you wanna get the ten then go for it I still have the X and I’ve just brought a new battery £40 and it feels like a new phone, the X functions really well with iOS 15 too and is got a decent camera ok nothing like the 13 pro but for the price you get a very good deal probably better deal than XR
I currently have the XS Max and it still works wonderfully. I used to have an android years ago so I think iOS is worth it since I liked it right away. It’s very smooth and user friendly. I forgot how to use android lol. If I wasn’t getting a good deal from my carrier then I wouldn’t want to upgrade but other than that, XS Max is still great :)

The 120hz refresh rate is very noticeable for PC users that use 120+hz displays. It’s completely up to the users.
I have both on these phone and its night and day to me. I game in 120fps 4k when I can

@@badger3235 It doesn’t matter what happened to it because unfortunately it’s damaged. Moving along , I got the iPhone and I see it as an upgrade coming from the previous phone I had. All things considering I didn’t buy the 11 or the 12 and skipped right to the 13 I see a big difference.
@@badger3235 things happen to phones in general . Whether it was three years or one year any phone can get damaged at any time and place. So I don’t really know where that question came from because 3 years or not , shit gets damaged.
Yes a product can last longer when taken good care of & I’m not saying I didn’t take care of my phone but unfortunately the time came where it gave out on ME. So I got a new one.

I have an iPhone X (256GB) with a 3600mAh battery, third party Soft OLED panel, and it lasts me about half a day with extremely heavy usage. I use AirPods Pro and the Apple Watch Series 7 45mm, I’ve also noticed that with my AirPods and XM3’s, that the audio blips, and suddenly cuts out for a very split second. Is it really worth upgrading for a heavy content user?

Iphone 13 pro has U1 chip for precise airtag location up to an inch and magsafe which is super great for holding and charging ur phone in the car without needing clamps on each side ,,,its great just grab and go,,battery is longer lasting many more things to mention etc ….

I’d have kept my X another year, but the past week my screen has acted up. Today clarified need a new one. Count the battery upgrade (mine is at 76% and dI’m looking at $350. Damn. Really wanted to wait to get another phone (had this one 5 years).

I was gonna upgrade couple months ago to 12 pro or Max but waited for the 13 pro (or Max) the only thing I’m concerned with is the weight and size. My iPhone X is already pretty heavy and big but I can’t get to a store to compare in person. Hopefully I make the right decision on size, storage, and color. wish me luck🤞

I'm pretty happy with my Sprint Iphone X. But Tmobile is making it very enticing for Sprint users to upgrade. They're offering me an $800 credit for my iphone and I get to keep my old sprint plan. So I now I'm just deciding between the 13 pro or pro max. Without this offer, I would've tried to milk another year or 2 from the iphone X before upgrading.

I wish reviewers would do videos acknowledging the damage that Apple has done to the smartphone world. The trends they've started that in reality is only about making money. I love smartphones and it used to be a thing I loved to follow and watch what companies new innovations have come out with. Now it's just Apple taking away features and the other companies following what Apple gets away with. Now that LG is gone there won't be anymore SD card slots on flagships and hifi DACs and all the crazy and sometimes ingenious innovation they had. This has become a very boring and sad part of what I used to love about smartphones. IMO Apple is responsible for being the biggest killer of innovation in this thing I used to love. iPhones are a one trick pony with cameras and that's it. There's no real innovation nothing new or exciting. Watch any iPhone video and the first half is the reviewer talking about the colours. That's it?

@@lodhasourav Its faster and snappier and photos look much better,but apart from that I don't notice anything different even with 120hz screen it's not so much noticeable for me. Overall iPhone X was such a great phone.

I just upgraded from the x to the 13 pro, the x is an awesome phone. I unfortunately damaged mine beyond repair so I decided to upgrade. I think moving from android to ios you’ll get a good experience using that phone. If mine hadn’t been damaged I wouldn’t have bothered upgrading to be honest.

If you can’t afford the 13 pro and you wanna get the ten then go for it I still have the X and I’ve just brought a new battery £40 and it feels like a new phone, the X functions really well with iOS 15 too and is got a decent camera ok nothing like the 13 pro but for the price you get a very good deal probably better deal than XR
I currently have the XS Max and it still works wonderfully. I used to have an android years ago so I think iOS is worth it since I liked it right away. It’s very smooth and user friendly. I forgot how to use android lol. If I wasn’t getting a good deal from my carrier then I wouldn’t want to upgrade but other than that, XS Max is still great :)
