I want to share words of appreciation with you & the team behind this project. It is so great to see you all work towards achieving a vision of converting this ADV Tourer into an amazing rally motorcycle. Please keep at it Abhinav, would really love to see what you guys come up with in the future! This is great content which I enjoy consuming. Thank you for doing this.
Nice. Looking forward to the commute video of this setup. I think you can get rid of the FuelX Pro and just use the RD ECU. You may need to tune it on a dyno for best results. The RD ECU should have all the functions of the FuelX Pro.
That lovely R3 in the background ❤... And a very interesting video. One question though? Are you thinking about changing the throttle response of your bike too, for that sharp response from the bike because we know Guerrilla has such a good throttle response, if the same kind of response is doable in Himalayan then uuuuuu .. it's going to be Lovely.
So, how much is the hp on the rear wheel now? 46 or lesser? Also, will the PowerTronics unit be placed under the seat, without tying it to anything? BTW thanks for explaining in detail the installation process.
on the third gear it is going to 91+, but with the stock motorcycle comes from factory wont, definitely Adrenaline rush is flowing in the Bike after installing Powertronic unit.
Always a treasure trove of information in your videos bro. Have been following you since you bought the Interceptor. (I have one too, thanks in part to you) My cousin has the H450 and would want to know if you can share a link for the tubeless rims please? He traverses daily through an industrial patch and faces chances of puncture everyday. Any help would be greatly appreciated. God bless :)
powertronic piggy back ECU should be installed without fuelx . Retailers making money won't tell you this. Please be honest. I am running my R3 with original full system exhaust (Akra) and free flow air and oil filters with Race Spec for more than an year now. No problem what so ever. Don't buy fuelx if you are installing an ecu ( powertronic). save those money for custom dyno tuning and not using default racedynamics maps. 👍
Tps calibration everything was Right until the last moment before burn. i recently contacted Race Dynamics Team and they told me after all the calibration is done and you are about to burn the calibartion setting you need to switch the bike off before burning the setting
Hi Abhinav, I found this exhaust is too loud. Wht you think, will it give problem in himachal in punjab lic plates??? Pls reply back. Thx Sanjay from canada. Watching ur videos very informative👍👍
Hey, Nice video-- I was considering buying this in US -texas where average riding speed on highways is around 130 and passing speed is around 150-160. do you recommend this if I have to ride some distance before I get offloading? Also how is it to cruise at 130-145 Kmph with and without 46BHP?
Hey, abhinav.. QDoes that comes at the cost of reliability of the engine bcz it is already high compression…!? Q And does this also upgrades or solve the throttle issue on himlayan/guerrilla..! Q And will the exhaust guys launch a new design for the roadster guerrilla 450 (this will not suit the guerrilla). Btw best wishes for the project!🙏🏻
But when you spend so much on the bike just to make it better at trail riding , why not import a kawasaki or honda dirt bike and have himalayan as second bike for road , make life simple and pick a bike according to your terrains?

I've done a video on this R3 earlier. I think I'm happy with the throttle response of the Himalayan with the changes.
@@abhinavbhatt indeed it should be about what you love for sure. i will look at the r3 video later
Add a quick throttle
Msn the sound that this exhaust makes while you rev. Damn.
Nice.. May be Guerrilla fuel tank might reduce overall weight by few more kilos(tank weight+Additional fuel)

39 bhp at the rear wheel now. Don't need to tie down the Powertronic unit.
Hey Abhinav,
Great video!
Can you share the dyno charts for the runs:
1) With Exhaust and Fuel X Pro +
2) With Exhaust and Powertronic piggyback ECU
I’ll share them in the next video. You can see them in the previous video too.

That's impressive!

Can you make a video about the rally cowl and new seat. Would help in the decision to add these

Hi Abhinav, I found this exhaust is too loud. Wht you think, will it give problem in himachal in punjab lic plates??? Pls reply back.

Hi. It is definitely loud without the db killer when gunning the throttle. Otherwise quite acceptable. With the db killer, fairly silent.
@@abhinavbhatt thanks for reply. Can I buy this?? Pls Will u share sound with db killer?
You can swap the lead battery for a lighter one and gain space for it.

No. I am still getting above 25. Display shows 30+.

how did u lose weight on the bike
The inti guys shld have piggyback . It’s awesome
I was thinking same about the tank, if top is heavy then replacing the tank with lighter / smaller one would be a good idea.
I want to try soon.
You can try that. Even though it is complicated. It will be worthwhile. Making it a perfect rally build.
