i really really really like this workout. Did it about 10 times already. Love how it can strengthen, lengthen and stretch your body in a short 30 minutes. Please do more of the similar ones!!
Almost cried!! First workout in over a week😫. Covid kicked my butt and finally have some strength back. Plan on doing these 10 workouts backwards as my strength gets better. Loved all the flows👍🏼💪🏻. Thank you!
