Hey man I was just wondering since there’s no more water box can you still flush the seadoo you just got to make sure it’s started before you turn on the water?
Yes make sure it’s started before turning on water and I recommend making sure it’s on a hill and back of ski is facing down hill. I learned that the hard way when I tested the exhaust and almost flooded the engine
So with flushing the ski should I tilt the trailer at an angle so the water runs out the back to be safe with this exhaust system. Using the front wheel to prop the front of the trailer up.
Not necessarily, definitely a higher risk of flooding motor so really be careful about flipping it. I have flipped it and had no issues but make sure it shuts off.
Never had a single issue beaching it or getting water in it. If you have to flip it over just flip to the right side slowly and all the water will come out.
As the other comment stated there’s always a chance you could hydro lock it because of no water box, however wet jet did say they designed it to reduce water intake. I have flipped it 3 times since install and only once did it give me some trouble starting. But still started first try just sounded a bit rough idle for 10 seconds.
It has been no problem for over a year now. No tune required. I would just be more careful of flipping the ski since there is an increased chance of getting water in the engine
While any excuse I’ll make will never be a good reason for not attaching it, I was not planning on doing anything to where I would even get close to falling in since it was really cold out. I can easily out swim it when it’s in gear and going straight, already tested that out.
Not attaching the tether to you 😂 genius!
Wasn’t exactly planning on taking a swim.
Does anyone ever? lol
@@DanielVLT How does that sound compare to the riva free flow exhaust?
Love the Lake Washington vibes. That’s where we always launch from as well.
Sounds freakin awesome btw! Keep up the ski vids🤙🏻
Thanks! Love lake Washington, and plenty of lake to explore.
sounds amazing actually
It does, and surprisingly doesn't get annoying. Most of the noise is projected behind you so it's not bad at all.
Probably annoying for the people who hear it when you're near docks/ houses haha.@@DanielVLT

Sounds good. Might have to get myself a seadoo spark.
Really fun and fairly cheap for a JetSki
From where did you get the red oil cover
From where did you get the red oil cover
Wet Jet Performance
What is it called the
Exhaust
What did you do with the stock hole?!?
Stock hole is blocked off using the same screw that holds the original exhaust with a block off plate and gaskets.
Is it bad to run no water box
Not necessarily, definitely a higher risk of flooding motor so really be careful about flipping it. I have flipped it and had no issues but make sure it shuts off.
hello bro.. its carbon fibre or plastic
The hull is plastic
Can you send me the link for the set up?
It’s Wet Jet Performance on Google. Triton full exhaust.
Do you think this is easy enough for a 17 year old to do, or would it be worth it to take it into a shop to be done?
It’s was fairly easy, I have a decent amount of experience in a lot of areas, just take your time and make sure you don’t mess up the cutting.
sounds mint
Can you still hear the stereo ? Also does it keep the water out good when you beach it ? Thinking about getting one for my 2023

@DanielVLT awesome, sounds wicked I definitely want one for my trixx.
what are the risks of straight piping a jet ski?
Hydro locking the engine when flipping the jet ski
As the other comment stated there’s always a chance you could hydro lock it because of no water box, however wet jet did say they designed it to reduce water intake. I have flipped it 3 times since install and only once did it give me some trouble starting. But still started first try just sounded a bit rough idle for 10 seconds.
Which specific exhaust was this from WJ, also would this work on a 2018-19 version trixx?
This is the Triton full exhaust kit. Should work just fine on the 18 and 19. wetjetperformance.com/shop/ols/products/triton-full-exhaust-kit
do you have the link for the exhaust?
Google wet jet performance triton exhaust
sounds good but i would like mine to be silent if possible. all electric would be crazy...
Is it reliable and does the engine lose its pressure because its a straight pipe , does it require a tune?
I haven’t noticed any issues whatsoever and there is not tune required. Runs perfect and honestly likes to rev out much better
Sick! , i wanna ask , is it reliable and does it require a tune?
It has been no problem for over a year now. No tune required. I would just be more careful of flipping the ski since there is an increased chance of getting water in the engine
That would be a little much after a day of a riding. Sounds dope though.
It definitely keeps the hours low since you can’t wait to turn it off.
Love the video, but please attach the tether man
Working on it, I never do anything crazy without it attached
thats a 2021 i have one
This is a 2022 😂
Man, not attaching the key to you is quite irresponsible.
Only endangering myself, and I can out swim it regardless. Still not a good idea, but for that day there was no way I was touching the water. Too cold
Bro attatch ur teather man, dont learn the hard way like I did 😂 u can fall anytime and you cant keep up with it in gear while swimming
While any excuse I’ll make will never be a good reason for not attaching it, I was not planning on doing anything to where I would even get close to falling in since it was really cold out. I can easily out swim it when it’s in gear and going straight, already tested that out.
@@DanielVLT u havent upgraded your impeller yet?!?!?! dude😭 your misssing out on half the fun check out some of the solas impellers
So dumb didtn attatch tether
Slow swimmer?
Jet skis just got more annoying
Somehow I’ve created the most annoying jet ski I’ve ever seen.
If you wanna maximize your fun, remove the sponsons.
I don’t mind riding with them on, but definitely will have them off a few days out of the year.
@@DanielVLT The trixx still is fun with the sponsons but with them on you can't do higher speed powerslides and you'll have more traction.
