the airbags look cool. like a muscle man flexing go man
I'd say your thinking is spot on , it's a beautiful piece of work ! And if your happy what the hell else matters!!! Lol
Thanks man!
That setup is a triumph IMO. Forest Engineering rocks!
Thanks boet!
Shut the Front Door !! lol. How cool is that ? That’s WAAAAY COOL MAN ! You will have all the big auto manufacturers trying to get your ideas. lol. Better patent that buddy. Love it ! 👍🏻✌🏻
😁 Thanks man!
WOW,,, THATS KWAAI. I love it. Awesome job Div. Thank you for sharing. One of a kind. Work of art bro...Truely unique...
Thanks boet!
Best engineering I’ve ever seen
Thank you!
Great job Diff
When you fabricate bed I would leave this set up exposed maybe use s thru
Acrylic or Lexan. It’s in itself a piece of mechanical art that folks will enjoy viewing.
Yes, that's the plan!🙂
That is some highly scientific rat rod calculations Div. Im diggin it. Have a lekka one...
Uncle Bob might approve 😁
I’d love it if you took some of that industrial/military look for inspiration and made a version of that kit for inside the cab of the truck. Before you said you weren’t going to use that kit for your truck I was thinking, “PLEASE use that in your truck”.
Got some ideas for something interesting...😃
That is some pretty tidy fabrication, real nice
Sheer genius! Bush engineering at its finest!🥸
Thanks brother!
Div, you have made a one of a kind suspension there my friend!!
Thanks man!
That was well worth waiting a week to see! Cheers from the shed
Perfect, just what I'm looking for, an older SA Gentleman playing with his air bags and ball valves in his garage.
Haha!
Wow, that looks cool now. Not just an idea anymore!
🇨🇦👍
Thanks! The only difference between an idea and reality is persistent action🙂
Bad ass suspension man
Div it is coming along very well lately. Air ride suspension is looking really good man. Can't wait to see whats next. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Fab On. Weld On. Fab On. Weld On. Keep Making. God bless.
Thank you
Thanks for another great one Div!🍺
You are welcome!
I wasn't sure it would work. It works great! Looks cool too. Great job sir.
Thanks!
Great fun Div. Thanks.
That contraption reminds me of a pray mantis head very cool 🆒
Div the man for the hour the man for the moment those squeaks sound like my joints in the morning
😁 Yes, us old guys knows about squeaks.
Very cool to see it in action!
Love the way you did it diff. Something different.
You are having way too much fun lol love it
Kool, that's one hell of a setup, you just elevated yourself to Bush Engineer !! Lol !!!!
Finally! 😁
lekka boet! so cool to see your planning come to fruition.
Howzit Div
Been a minute ....hope you're doing well? The suspension is working a treat....great bushcraft engineering...have a super awesome week a head 🙌....gooi 🌽🌽🌽
😁 Gooi mielies pappie!😂
Greating from Ukrainian
Cool , really smart construction.
Thank you! Greetings from South Africa
Well Div, you went and done it! You now have the softness of adjustable air bags while driving that now, can be infinitely matched to the stiffness of the factory Isuzu torsion bars... You are within the reach of elusive dual action softness of the "Forrest" roads. I have witnessed your previous drives and your backside will benefit.
A new invention; "Air Cushioned Dual Torsional" front suspension. File your patent on it quickly!
😁 Thanks mate. The proof of the pudding will come🙂
Thank you, very informative and imaginative. Looking forward to seeing more
Good job Mr. D it works awesome job great video as normal now we will see how the back will do can't wait till next time my friend 👍👍👍
Thanks Eddie
He is one tough sucker, welding in a tank top and flip flops.
Looking mighty good Dif, awesome brother ....! Have a Lekka one Bro !

Thank you Alice!
Great feature Div 😎 this is going to be a very cool ride 👍
Diff you did it again. Brilliant Forest engineering!! I think you are hiding some advanced design engineering degrees. But that’s ok because I m learning it as you teach it. I salute you sir. Jeff in n c
Thanks Jeff. The only thing advancing here is my age 😂
truck is coming along awesome
Thanks!

It seem like an excellent system good luck with the rest of the build
Thank you!
Very cool set up .Great idea .😊
Thanks man
Div, take the old British air box deal and mount it in the cab so you can air up and down. Put your forest engineering twist on it... Well done sir.
In 2 minds about it. Got another idea as well. We'll see...
Great solution.
Sir What awesome airbag setup. Just found your TH-cam link and like to share one for you. Rat Rod Bob. So sweet to see Old School or Old School with some New tricks. 👍🏻
Thank you!
That's pretty sweet
Great to see the first test passed with flying colors. Thanks Div.
A car would look cool with that setup in front of the radiator.

Thanks
Looks really awesome!! Good job!!
Thank you!
Looks amazing and work’s good
Very cool build 👍🏁
Thank you
Hello Diff. Great stuff you have there. I love seeing it articulate. Mechanical art as it were. Yes the give for the air bags is much more than that of the spring steel. The torsion bars will not come into play until after the bags have been inflated to a high pressure. If that pressure on the cusp of ride load and road surface you will have a dynamic situation that I don't think will be problematic. Very interesting. Thanks for the brain teaser.
Thanks. Yes, we will find out how it works🙂
Bus works like this. When the bus reached at the bus station right side air balloon off and on when persons get on. Goes down and up. Good working thank u.
It's coming along great, I wouldn't think that torsion bar on air bag's should be a smooth ride, thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones, have a Lekka one
Totally awesome 👍
Thanks Big Al
Great job 👍👍
Thank you!
Really cool suspension system and I love the air compressor!
Looking great, Div! Cool look with the bags behind the cab.
I was one of thse concerned with the spring rate. It might be too soft, but again, I hope I'm wrong. Really good shocks might help too, and a soft ride can be very comfortable.
The first rod I built had unusually soft springs, and it rode very nicely.
Thanks. Time will tell.🙂
🤙proper job divvy,
Lakka one,
Thanks man!
Ya may haft to pre load the system. But I think you can pull the bars an twist them . Looks good man wow . Great work next level for sure.
I see an access door in the back of the cab. Right in front of the bolts! Just a round hole with a round piece of metal held on with a few screws.... So far you're at awesome on the meter! "Keep on truckin"
Very nice work! Very interesting set up you got there
Thank you!
