Did you buy this second hand? Your tyres have been swapped (KITT was released with very square tyres, they improved them on the release of KARR but some people bought KARR moels just to swap the tyres onto their KITT models), which might also explain why your fog lights were missing.
Really don't know why the fog light aren t there, i have thatmodel and it have it, are you sure that this is an origi al piece? Anyway in the show in the first season is peter cullen that voice karr, but in the third season, when karr have this appearence, it is not peter cullen but pauk frees, the voice is differemt, is more vicious when he return, in the first appearence karr is identical to kitt, also have the same color scanner, only differemce is that karr didn t have a license plate ande the voice box have the three bar and is green. When he returns it have the plate, the scanner is amber color and after it is repaired he change his exterior color from all black to silver and black
To my opinion, the rims may appear too big on the Joyride one but at the same time looks too small on the Elite one. The right size is a middle ground between them. Obviously IMHO and with all due respect.
In his 2nd appearance, K.A.R.R is still total black, in the same episode, all of the sudden and without any explanation, it gets the 2 tone paintjob: I just don't get it🤷♂️

How do I attach the T-tops to the toy?
I can't get them off, so i have no experience with that personally, broken maybe?
