I don’t know how the Mazda could have a lower interior rating. Somebody is blind. The base model Honda has cloth seats and more hard plastic interior components. The base model Mazda has faux leather seats and soft trim all over. The Mazda has heated front seats, the Honda doesn’t. The Mazda has a six way powered driver seat, the CRV doesn’t. The Mazda offers remote start through your phone. The Honda does have more storage space and wins on fuel economy. The Mazda is quieter on the highway, with superior sound dampening, an acoustic double glass windshield and it’s more fun to drive.
