I have 30 pairs of shoes - I'm a 50 yr old woman, sandals, heels, boots, sneakers, loafers ....he's 41 - with 30 pairs of Pumas....and 12 Pink Floyd tie dyes, that he was so proud of - he had them draped all over the chairs in my apartment, like it was decor! Ridiculous!!!!!

If repairs are needed, open an escrow account listing the items. (Leaky roof, leaky pipes, structural and foundational damages etc…) Landlord has to complete repairs before they can collect the money, but tenant should still be paying out rent each month, just pay it into an ascrow account if repairs are what u need. 🙂

In Sacramento I saw a studio without a kitchen where a sole microwave and mini fridge served as a kitchen. I guess it's legal in some cities not to have a traditional kitchen and illegal in others.
