Rosascea is inflammation, help your skin help itself :) ditch the makeup wipes, and use room temperature/cool water and move your cleanser across the skin instead of rubbing. I also have rosacea and I use a product called “prosacea” it says to only apply to the affect area but since I have it all over my face I use a small amount and apply a thin layer as if I’m applying moisturizer. It’s helped so much with flare ups
Ugh I have rosacea GUI and it’s also all over my face. I was supposed to go see my dermatologist dr but got Covid and had to reschedule and now tomorrow I have to reschedule again bc I don’t drive and it was supposed to be for a update and the cream I got didn’t do anything it made my face smooth but that’s about it my face is still red it makes me so depressed and bad enough I have acne he gave me Metrology cream for my face and def didn’t help me. Was yours prescribed from a dermatologist dr?
@@stephaniealaia769 no. I had oral medication given to me when I was younger that helped so much but whenever I go to a dr they don’t know what I’m talking about and idk what it’s called. Prosacea is over the counter and can be bought online
@@casandrasarantakis oh okay, but thank you! I’ll try and mention that to my dermatologist when I get to go and see him I just want this to be cleared up it’s so embarrassing I hate going out in public with it if I don’t use make up it’s obvious that it’s seeable 😩

I think you can put retinol on rosacea, but I’ve learned in my heart own experience to be gentle with it and keep your rosacea spots hydrated!
