Thanks for the video. My family really likes this plan but we are hoping that Ember makes some changes or options. 1. Add a window for the lower bunk. 2. Instead of a second couch, make that a countertop seating area with storage below similar so what Grand Design is doing in the AIM series. Add a couple of bench seats. 3. Move the TV to above the new countertop bar area . Maybe one of the upper cabinets has a blank off panel where the TV mounts. 4. Make the kitchen counter all one level now since the TV moved to provide more kitchen prep space. We think those changes would make this unit more functional and have greater appeal to families.
I really appreciated your review. However, the build quality and customer service of Ember is terrible. My 190 took 4 months to get fixed. All the issues were not fixed. I would not recommend buying an Ember.
Built by humans, definitely we find challenges in repairs in all brands - even the better ones! Coming from Jayco's family, they are still somewhat new and trying to find their footing. Stick with them, despite the time frame of repairs, I'm sure any other brand would have taken twice as long to fix. Hope it turns out better for you. Thanks for watching!

Sooooo many cool features! Definitely wanted this trailer, until... Rigor RV checked them out. It went from #1 on my list to crossed off. 😞
