In 1976, Ghaziabad was officially declared a district in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Over the years, it has experienced rapid urbanization and population growth. The city has expanded its infrastructure and witnessed developments in various sectors, including education, healthcare, and technology. Today, Ghaziabad stands as a bustling satellite city of Delhi, playing a crucial role in the economic and cultural landscape of the National Capital Region.

Really well done for digging out so much information about Ghaziabad ! I did my Master's thesis on the Old city of Ghaziabad and while interviewing people for that, I was amazed that even some native people did not know about its History.
