Lucky to have Pepper! We adopted a rescue Boston in 2012 and she brought such joy to our life before we lost to her due to health issues. The back pack used to bring her to the dog park is brilliant. Looking forward to bringing another Boston into our lives!

I have a bike basket for my dog with a harness. It’s pretty sturdy and doesn’t add the extra heat of a dog on your back. I wish I was near a grassy dog park. We only have pebbles which hurt dogs’ paws. Trying to get them to replace with dirt and grass.
My boy Tee does the same thing with bowls. He has balls and other toys but goes after bowls and tin plates we feed the cats in. Pepper has some Ninja moves 😂
I think Boston's are one of the sweetest (get along with other dogs) sweetheart doggies on the planet! After awhile I became a bit concerned about her maybe getting too hot, until she went straight for the water, yay! 😌😱🙂

She does have one blue eye which is different. I ordered one of the sacks and am anxiously waiting for it. Molly and I do agility, K9Nosework (scent detection sport), and just passed 3 levels of AKC Trick Dog Titles. Your Pepper is a really smart little dog...check out those sports for years of fun with Pepper!

So I have a question. I've heard the Boston terriers should be careful about the amount of exercise because they can get too tired and hot. She's lovely and seems pretty active to me. What kind of precautions do you need to have about it?
Exactly what you just said... they dnt do well when its really hot out, 80 degrees or more is too hot for mine to run around this much. I let mine run around in the morning or when suns goin down here in Texas.
I was just wondering, did something accidental happen to her right ear? Or was she born that way? I'm asking because I've seen other dogs and cats with damage to their ears from accidents or if they were strays, from fighting.
Hey, sharp eye! Her ear did have a little accident. When she was a tiny puppy, her mom was cleaning her a little too roughly and bit her ear, causing it to grow a little lopsided. We call it her beauty mark :) I have a little story about it up on Instagram here: instagram.com/p/BShQirXgX1g/

My Gizmo girl is the same size except she’s not as outgoing with other dogs because when they sniff her she backs up but she does try to sniff them back but I guess she gets intimidated and chooses people more 🤣

I have two Boston girls (a 21 lb 10 year old and a 16 lb 9 year old) that still act like pups... love, love to chase balls, play, chew bones, and they used to love dog parks but we've been in a battle to get a dog park in our city for 10 years + now and still no dog park here Watertown, NY. Such a shame, dog parks are so wonderful for exercise and socialization for doggies and their owners as well! Our BT, Amy, goes crazy for those Walmart goose squeakers, she'll rip the throat out in a day now to get the squeaker, but she's getting old now.
