- Hi Fam....This is my daily skincare routine, note that I am not an expert, but sharing what works for me. Hope you guys enjoy!
List of Products Used:
1. Sunlight Bar Soap - R14.99 - Beneficial to oily skin, removes pimples and removal of black heads.
2. Gentle Magic Skincare Soap - R9.99 - Would recommend for acne prone skin, removal of spots, scars and pimples.
3.Dove Beauty Cream Bar - R13.99 - Beneficial to dry skin as it moisturizes the skin.
4.Gentle Magic Mask - R32.99 - All gentle magic products are dermatologically tested, this is an exfoliating facial scrub and it is gentle enough towards overly sensitive skin, you can wear the mask longer than instructed.
5. Clicks Rooibos Anti-oxidants Toner - R49.99 - Beneficial towards oily skin, it is known to help protect the skin from free radical damage.
6.Gentle Magic Serum - R26.99 - SPF20 to protect your skin against the harmful effects of the sun, it contains glycerin, glycerin is an emollient; making skin not only oist, but soft and supple to the touch.
7. Bramley Tissue Oil - R19.99 - Suitable for all skin types, helps remove appearance of dry skin and assist in diminishing scars, stretch marks and dark spots.
8. Clicks Sun Protection - R110 - SPF50 , Hydrating Sunscreen, prevents certain conditions such as premature skin aging, sunburns, and even skin cancer.
9.Vaseline Original Petroleum Jelly - R31.99 (depending on size) - Moisturizes your face, removes eye makeup, reduces eye puffiness.

I miss Bramley oil over here in Uganda...somebody bring it back, it really does work. Pep stores closed, it works better than Bio-oil about fading stretch marks

Hi there, No I currently use the Dove soap daily. The gentle magic soap and the sunlight bar soap were recommendations for those with intense blemishes like acne, blackheads and pimples, they assisted on my side when I was battling with.

Hi there 🙂 I try to skip a day inbetween, but if your skin is sensitive you might want to skip 2 or maybe try using it 3x a week! And for stubborn dark spots, try the gentle magic set! ✨

sunlight soap??? honey noooo 😭😭😭 I'm sooo glad you've healed past that!! and please, please, PLEASE don't use that as a face mask, you or anyone else considering it!! there are safer, more effective, less DAMAGING options for very, very oily skin - assuming your skin is actually NATUARLLY oily, or just going into overdrive to restore the compromised barrier or oil and water loss!

@@madampraises4450 tremendously! bar soaps - ESPECIALLY if they aren't formulated FOR your face, but even if they are (that's how bad it is!!) - have incredibly harsh, stripping, drying surfactants - which are the detergent ingredients called "surfactants" that are very attracted to oil molecules. And harsher surfactants with smaller molecules can burrow into the skin and get trapped there, causing even MORE irritation and sensitization to the skin barrier. Moreover, soaps tend to have a higher pH - remember, "neutral" pH, like that of water, is about 7, and the average skin pH is about 5.5 - which can also weaken the skin barrier and leave it more vulnerable to irritation and sensitization. So no, very, very detrimental to your skin health!
