    What was your timeline from the start from designing to then building and moving in?
    And if possible to share where would a build like this sit on per square meter rate?

      This was not a cheap build, it came at $1.4M for 180m2 (plus about the same area again in deck). I'm sure a more traditional passive house shape with standard fittings closer to a city can be done far more economically but we are happy with the value we got for the price.
      The build took 15 months from construction certificate issue to occupation certificate, a lot of the progress was very fast (like 3 weeks for the assembly of the off site built airtight structure) but there were long delays around covid lockdowns and also timber availability.
