Buddy Thanks for the video. This helped so much and saved me serious time. I had to remove the passenger side panel for a squeaking noise (actually sounds like birds chirping when going over rough terrain or road) which I believe was coming from the metal lip on door rubbing against the metal lip on door panel. Door panel removed with ease after watching your video. Taped the metal parts up so not rubbing against each other. Now time will tell if it works. Also for Land Cruisers we have a small plastic disk on the door which sits in a plastic "C" part on the door panel. This is near the right side if you looking at the panel. You have to lift straight up a lot to get past it. I didn't and the disk on door snapped off. No biggie. I put it back together with no issues. This video helped cut my time down and kept me from not breaking more stuff off my door!
That part about popping off the surround on the door handle…that’s how you crack it in half. You must pop out the center and remove a screw. I know as I now have a broken surround. Oh, and putting the panel back on…you must place it slightly to the right and move it left under the tweeter. It only took me 20 minutes to figure that out.
Lol. Just for anyone else who may have that question. You pop the center out so that it sticks out of the button then slide the whole thing back into the hole and finally push the center pin back in so that it is flush with the button. Hope that makes sense

Unfortunately you skipped the part I"m having trouble with. Lifting the panel out of the top channel.
If everything is unscrewed and removed the door panel should just lift straight up out if you are having trouble try putting your window down.
