Not sure what it is about subway tile that just makes my skin crawl. hate that stuff but so many people seem to love it. Also would have wanted a handheld shower or at least some body sprays in the bathroom. How big is the bigger version of this 3,000 sq ft living is pretty good size around my parts. Or maybe the 3k sq ft was with garage I didn't catch it if so.
1.3 million!!!? Are you serious!? There is no way that thing is worth that. Is it due to the location? In Texas, that thing would be half that easily, with those same amenities.
This is located in NC and it starts at $415,000. I emailed them to ask because I love this house and the layout of it. That also doesn't take into consideration your land cost, though.

Agree. It's like I want to take a power washer and just blast it because it reminds me of dirty grout of a bathroom that hasn't been cleaned in ages.

To me, powder rooms on the same side as the Primary is no go. No guest should be allowed in that vicinity of your home.
A single glass pane windows? I'm from a third world Eastern European country and we have better quality windows than those.
All of our windows are double or triple pane low-e insulated glass. The best made!
