This year was a wild ride-from tackling emergency jobs and managing growth to launching new initiatives and planning for an even bigger 2025. Looking back, 2024 was a year of significant milestones. We achieved just under 1,000 rentals, grew our revenue by 34%, and added more equipment and dumpsters to the fleet. From Monday-to-Friday hustles to weekend emergencies, we pushed the limits of what’s possible. But with growth comes lessons, and I’m sharing the most important ones I learned along the way, so you can avoid the same pitfalls and succeed faster in your own business.
I’ll also discuss the biggest takeaways from this year and how partnerships with companies like Keystone played a crucial role in our success.
