For each of the stitches demonstrated in this video you would follow the same threading sequence as shown in the ExtraordinAir Threading chapter at 5:00. There is also a chapter on Changing The Needles at 11:00 for switching between 4-thread and 3-thread coverstitch, the same can be applied for switching to chainstitch. Hope this helps

I never saw you change from cover or to coverstitch. Just showed it sewing. The changing is the hard part. Back and forth.
