So, Glorfindel and Elanor, being left out, are the worst of the Core heroes. Disagree with how high Gimli is (higher than Legolas). Sure he's good at damage dealing, and his quest of 2 is very good (for a tactics hero) but his threat value is very high. We could argue that is the reason why the tactics heroes could not win the Journey Along the Anduin scenario, despite being combat intensive that scenario is.
Honestly I think Tactics as a sphere is un-solo-able simply because there isn’t nearly enough willpower, especially from allies. I don’t really fault the heroes for that.
