I once landed VH-FAS (Tiger Moth) on 030, and the wind was blowing so strong that I had to request assistance to get it back to the club (Hold the wings down mates!). It just wanted to keep jumping into the sky. This was obviously in the afternoon, with a stiff sea breeze blowing.

It has three runways, only one is operating by the sounds of it.
Yeah usually rwy 30/12 is used on its own. Rwy 24/06 left and right are generally used at the same time as a main runway and a circuit training runway
