The "aint cheap" part got me. They LOVE flip-flopping between "its too expensive" for the good stuff and "its just not the same" for the cheap stuff. Not surprisingly, the ground turkey you got for $3 a pound isn't as good as the sirloin that was sitting next to it for 5x the price.
53:53 I'm one of those fans. The screw for one of the feet is stripped and so it can't be leveled. Stove top cooking is not to bad. I can't roast/bake anything without a drip pan under that how bit the lean is. lol
