Genius!!! I’m copying this with foam core board!!! I’m making a custom Board Game insert for a game called Zombicide Black Plague. The problem is there are a bunch of 3D miniatures of different tires that need to be speared by small containers & idk how big each compartment needs to be! Now I can easily adjust the size I need! I can also adjust the height but I’d have to make a new set for that.
That is what the clay is for, it makes a good seal. Unfortunately you can't really test it before pouring unless you mix a little bit of silicone and try it. Using instead a glass Tupperware to container big enough would guarantee no leaks.
hi there! i don't have access to a wood shop, but am in desperate need of one of these... would you ever be open to a commission for one of these? let me know!

Out of curiosity, how did the foam core board work out?
Good job
why mdf? cant you use any wood?
How do you make sure that the silicone dos not leak on the bottom?

Nice vid....can i use this for resin aswell?
I assume it would work for any liquid thicker than water
could this box be used to make plaster molds???
I suppose so but I have never tried it.

Seems like the silicone would seep out under the box.
It normally would but the clay is there to seal it.
What thickness board did you use?
I think it was 1/4". Anything above that should be okay
I think it was quarter inch but anything above that should be fine
Would this work to mold an alien in a bottle?
I mean only if you managed to catch one. Then yes!
