@@TheRealRobbJay oh it's not even technically, if you look at the liner notes it says The Neptunes from even then. I've read LOTS of liner notes as you can tell 😂
dope video! I love Hip Hop Soul as well and appreciate you showing the significance of the past and how it’s still relevant in today’s sound. Always listened to Angie Stone’s music, and she’s such an incredible vocalist and artist but I did not know how integral to Hip Hop she is. Just learned she wrote for Sugarhill Gang! 🤯 Also, just checked out your playlists, you got great taste in music. Looking forward to your next video 🫡
Yeah there are a few sample errors (Use Your Heart interprets So Watcha Sayin not You’re A Customer) here but still an impressive video
@@rbiznezz2 YOU'RE RIGHT!!! OMG I'm actually shocked I said it so many times now. I need to see if I can edit that but yes, you're right.
Thank You for sharing

Man, growing up, I could hear how a lot of those songs sounded alike. Like they would bleed into each other. Makes for a good DJ mix.

Keep this up my dude. Use Your Heart being technically a Neptunes production is BONKERS! 😂😂😂🤯

Great video bro. I learned a few things. Bobby’s rap on the Ghostbusters song will always be a favorite. 🔥

I think you may have gotten a couple samples wrong (I’m thinking Mona Lisa and Musiq) but I’ll listen again to be sure
@@rbiznezz2 let me know, I'm always up for corrections. I do a lot of research but things fall through the cracks.
