Didn't teleport him to a new earth, just sent him back to the original one he infected (which he had already been cast from heaven at that point.) So, Watcher just did an edit and put Sentry into a time loop so that it would never go further than what had already transpired

Hulk, Wolverine and Spiderman should have been immune. Also Owen Reese,i.e. The Molecule Man should have been able to stop the virus and cure everyone since he controls molecules on the sub atomic level. His powers are Way under rated.

This virus is way more infectious than anything they should be immune too and there healing factor did make it take longer for at least spidey to turn zombie(it usually takes seconds for a person bitten to turn but it took spidey like an hour) and hulk got infected off screen so we don’t know how he got infected
