Great fishing. 2 weeks ago, I had a similar trip. I was using an old Rapala small jersey bait for bass, and I caught a few, but I caught mostly nice crappie. It was fun. Be blessed. My friend.

Are there any budget options for glass rods similar to that huerco? Like it has good flex but also some backbone (which a lot of glass rods don't have). I was looking on taobao and saw the kastking valient eagle pro rod, have you heard about that one before?
Thanks. I would say the double down could do it... it is a blend that flexes well and would have good back bone too if it wanted to.
We are pretty slim on these kinda rods, but I can ask my buddy at bait finesse empire!
The Jackson Blast beats Makimono speical is on sale since it's a discontinued rod at $172.97. Available at bait finesse empire. I have the rod and it's awesome. i guess i will have to whip it out soon!

lol, too bad BFE don't carry the loongze stuff. but this is purple reel! the sun makes it brighter than it looks on film. i would say.. pink/lavender lol

I'll have to check out these hard BFS swimbaits. They are kinda like Jackall Baby Giron just longer shorter. That soft plastic tail is going to kill your wallet.
these are very nice! smaller than the baby giron so that it will catch some smaller species. but that tail does kinda go meh.. need that super glue!
