Hello Naa, you do not have to repeat everything you have on your essays. If you have newer experiences to demonstrate your networking and leadership skills and you are asked about them, I do not see why you cannot mention them. In my opinion, that demonstrates growth and development in those skills. All the best on your interview 😇

Hello Désiré, yes your plan to upgrade to teaching in college or university can be your short term goal, however, you may want to consider that as a stepping stone for something else which can be your long term plan such as influencing education policy in your country or working as a school administrator or whatever your ultimate goal and interest is. Remember, to state clearly what you hope to achieve from your education in the UK and how it will help you reach your goal and advance your career. Good luck on your application
