For Riolu to be in the eggs this time - it was super rare. I hatched 110 eggs while at Disney last week and got 1 shiny (Munchlax). Out of all 110 eggs only 5 of those were Riolu.
Damn, I got riolu on my first egg. However, I am often astonished ppl can hatch up to 100s of eggs cuz I can’t hatch th at many.

2 days ago I literally indexed shiny riolu. Since it was my first riolu I didn’t know it was a shiny at first 😂😅

Same for me, but a few days earlier. My first Riolu, and its a shiny, I saw the yellow and went silent.
also, it was only like the 8th 2km egg from the event.

My first two egg hatches in this event we're both shiny with a shiny Pichu and a shiny 98% munchlax so that was fun

@@JawnJet I got some Pokémon they don’t including shiny smeargle but the game has been lagging out crazy this last month or so I’ve been having to reset it in the settings & it’ll immediately say “you’re traveling too fast” just opening the game sitting at home.

At this point in the event I've hatched probably 300 two km eggs and 75 five km eggs and here are my rates thus far: Two shiny Pokemon (Riolu and Eevee) and three 100% IV Pokemon (Tyrogue, Munchlax, and Pichu). Crazy to think I'd secure more 100% IVs than shinies almost 400 eggs into the event. I hope everyone else is enjoying the event.
oof. I got super lucky and got 2 shinies out of 8 eggs this week. though, one of them was a 10k from hoenn tour so Idk if that kept the shiny boosted odds from tour.

I have hatched over 150 eggs this event and haven't gotten a single shiny yet. Was able to hatch a 100% cutifly though, which was very nice. Congrats on the shinies though, glad someone is getting a few

I was lucky enough to get a 3* riolu hatch 4th of july 2021 but it's been my only shiny hatch so far!

I got really lucky I hatched a shiny Togepi and Happiny one right after the other. The togepi is really good as well
During this event I hatched about 40 eggs and got shiny Riolu, Munchlax, Galarian Meowth, and Galarian Ponyta. Very happy about this

I hatched the shiny riolu on my very first attempt at on my first batch of 2km eggs. It rolled 87IV and its my first and only shiny riolu to date, I will cherish it forever.

I hatched a shiny Happiny and got a hundo Regieleki on the same day!!! The funny thing is that the hatch animation didn't show so I didn't realise I hatched it till later
Day two of this event I got my first ever shundo in munchlax I was so happy I’m for sure making him my new buddy and getting him to lvl 50 asap
After seeing these hatches, I'm so glad I didn't spend a dime on these.
The times i use incubators is at the end of a season to get new season eggs, in the beggining of an event like this one or when i have 3 12km eggs since hatching eggs is a scam.

Don’t know if this is just bad luck or if my game was bugged, but I hatched around 90 2km eggs during this event and didn’t get a single riolu😢. Forget shinies, this should not be possible

Ngl, since this update has come out I’ve hatched a Hundo Galarian Ponyta, a shiny Rockruff and just today a shiny Galarian Stunfisk, which is absolutely nuts
Started grinding just yestarday and got a Munchlax, a Pichu and an Azurill shiny! Plus while I was at that I got today a Marill and a Sentret in the wild! Got really lucky

Bro my luck has been insane with this event.... 9 shinys so far, all different. 3 of them were hatched, i got munchlax, azurill and pichu with the flowercrown. That pichu is a 98 IV one, i almost thought it was my first shundo.... What's even crazier is that im normally a f2p person. I've only bought a few incubators this time, so I'm getting really lucky!

I feel your pain with the Riolu. Been hatching eggs in every event it came out and this event I finally hatched the shiny! Along with a surprised hundo Munchkax as well as Pawniard from 12km eggs. Although first place to me is the fact that I got the shiny Eevee with the heart-tipped tail 😊. This has been my best overall success in events in a long while, so I hope the next ones would be great for you too !!!!

Other than the Tyrogue I hatched a few weeks ago, I haven't hatched a shiny since 2020. I obviously don't play as much as you but it's still pretty wild. I feel like I've hatched quite a few eggs the last couple years and all I have to show for it is 1 93% Tyrogue. At least he looks cool? lol
