Always give riolu a second move before evolving if you think you may want a second move. The difference in cost is like 50 candies and 50,000 stardust to second move between riolu and lucario.

The first time shiny riolu came out I hatched 100 eggs in a week… only used regular incubator and used a swing. The swing hatch 1 - 2km egg in 10 minutes. I was able to get 3 shiny riolu that event
Update:When I was on my walk, I hatched three eggs. One was a shiny tyrouge, two was jangmo-o, and three was a galarian meowth. All I will say that I'm happy.

i never knew about blissey's shiny so i evolved my shiny chansey and uhh, i thought it glitched because it looked exactly spot on to the normal one but once i went to its page i was... i jumped off 3 cliffs somehow survived then entered a volcano and survived and used dymanite to blow myself up didnt work then i realised i had immortality IV, when life hits u harder than a truck.
the only thing this video did to me was rub salt in the wound, I spent every afternoon walking in the event and got no riolu or happiny (F.Y.I. I haven't found a happiny ever). Your luck is incredibe.
