They pulled her over for speeding, but were immediately called over to attend to assess the pedestrian walking on the road. They didnt know she was drunk and let her off with a warning. As for both leaving, its protocol for certain situations to require a minimum of two officers on scene in the event of a possible officer involved shooting.
The pedestrian was only 28 years old he had his whole life ahead of him I hope they raise money for his family as well he was my best friends friend and he is very hurt with his loss I wanted this to be a nightmare so bad but it’s not I honestly feel like the cops should of called back up for him & arrested that girl

Since in this case, the 2 Troopers obviously can't do anything since they've been murdered, the Troopers fellow Officers see to it, that justice is still carried out. I'm not sure what you mean by Sheriff's Dept.... but, they State Police have jurisdiction in this situation... particularly due to the severity of the crime.

So let me get this straight. They may have pulled her over for a DUI then let her go just to have their lives taken by the same DUI driver. That's pretty heavy. The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away.
They didn't know that she was drunk driving. She was stopped for speeding and before they could investigate more they got the call of someone in the middle of the highway ahead of them and believed that was more urgent than a speeder.
Why is it that people choose to drink and drive, twice the legal limit!! She could have called those very Troopers and gotten a free ride home to pick up her vehicle the next day. Instead she drank till drunk then got in her car and ran over 3 innocent people. An example needs to be made, now the families of all four will be without someone they love and care for. Of course you can also choose to buy the alcohol and drink it at home without endangering others. She will have lots of time to think it over while in jail to await trial.

When they catch someone who did something very very bad, they always, as routine, walk the suspect out THE FRONT DOOR and walk slow and if there are reporters there, walk them right into the reporters. Why the cops left a potential drunk driver to respond to a call of someone on the highway to me sounds non-sensical.
However, a complete tragedy for all parties involved. My heart is truly aching.
Well we don’t know what the man was doing and they probably didn’t want him to get hit. Who would expect someone to act so damn stupid after just getting pulled over…even if you’re super drunk that should make you sober up some and at least just try to make it home

Killing two troopers? They about to throw the book at her for that alone and put her under the jail. Then she tweeted about is which is basically a signed confession and hit a pedestrian. SMH, young people and social media is a helluva drug and I hate that every time we see cases of DUI the drunk driver always walks away. Like that case in California where the drunk driver killed I think 5 or so members of one family with the youngest being a child. I think the real question is why would both state troopers leave a suspected DUI to go to a individual walking on the road.

They pulled her over for speeding, but were immediately called over to attend to assess the pedestrian walking on the road. They didnt know she was drunk and let her off with a warning. As for both leaving, its protocol for certain situations to require a minimum of two officers on scene in the event of a possible officer involved shooting.

The pedestrian was only 28 years old he had his whole life ahead of him I hope they raise money for his family as well he was my best friends friend and he is very hurt with his loss I wanted this to be a nightmare so bad but it’s not I honestly feel like the cops should of called back up for him & arrested that girl

It is symbolic and customary that MURDERED Law Enforcement Officers have a role in carrying out justice. Since in this case, the 2 Troopers obviously can't do anything since they've been murdered, the Troopers fellow Officers see to it, that justice is still carried out. I'm not sure what you mean by Sheriff's Dept.... but, they State Police have jurisdiction in this situation... particularly due to the severity of the crime.

Why is it that people choose to drink and drive, twice the legal limit!! She could have called those very Troopers and gotten a free ride home to pick up her vehicle the next day. Instead she drank till drunk then got in her car and ran over 3 innocent people. An example needs to be made, now the families of all four will be without someone they love and care for. Of course you can also choose to buy the alcohol and drink it at home without endangering others. She will have lots of time to think it over while in jail to await trial.

You GOT to love the PA State Police. When they catch someone who did something very very bad, they always, as routine, walk the suspect out THE FRONT DOOR and walk slow and if there are reporters there, walk them right into the reporters. The last time they did this, that I remember, is when that Firefighter from Lower Merion was killed on 76. They walked so slow, it was like a ten minute walk from the front door to the car. This state police organization is a class act. They do this every time. I love these guys! My condenlences to the fallen officers and never forget to Back The Blue.

After being pulled over for speeding and getting lucky the cops got another call so they didn't even approach her she than is clear headed enough to go on her page and say " police talking bout I'm doing 110 in a 50". 1st it's a 65mph limit. 2nd they didn't even talk to her. But after getting a lucky break she speeds away and continues to speed. Driving is a privilege not a right. When u choose to drive impaired you are putting others lives in jeopardy.
