BIANCA JAEN Many people tend to ask for recipes but even if they copied it...it doesn't usually come out the way they'd expect it. Cooking is a scientific skill. You just have to follow your taste buds...😉👍🏻 No specific measurements...its how you cook it what makes it more yummy. Measurements can be adjusted according to your palate. I use either pork ribs or the other "buto-buto" parts because they have less fat than the other pork parts. (You can also use kasim or loin because it doesn't really matter since it's still pork). Boil the meat and drain (you can also slightly rinse if you'd like...because meat in the Philippines is questionable (Regardless if it's "branded" cause if it comes from the grocery it tends to taste like soap or plastic sometimes, and if it comes from the market....never mind) 🙄😏😒. Simmer a minimal amount of water to fresh tamarind... squeeze the juice using a strainer. Saute red onions, tomatoes and meat using canola oil. Add salt (I use himalayan) to the sauteed ingredients. Add tamarind juice and sachet of sinigang mix (knorr preferrably) (for 1 kg.use a big sachet) to sautéed ingredients. Add water (around 1.5 - 2 liters). Add a few gabi until "durog" to thicken the sauce. Then add the rest of the veggies (kangkong, raddish, okra) you like. But I still think that adding eggplant to sinigang is as weird as f*ck! Since I only put 2 of my favorite sinigang veggies...I put in a generous amount of kangkong and gabi! Leafy veggies are always last of course. And 2 green chili! Please do not add patis or more msg!! Knorr sinigang mix has enough msg already!! 🤣😂😅 If you want it a little bit more salty just add more himlayan salt according to taste! Oh yeah I almost forgot...my secret ingredient...add 2 tablespoon of pineapple juice!! 👍🏻😋

An eye appointment and a dental appointment in the same day?!?! I have to go back to the dentist, I have work on my Moeller to get work on. My dentist doesn't have a TV in the rooms, only the waiting room. My dentist always has lip balm. I'm sure you take care of your teeth. Fun fact, my grandpa was a dentist. My dad takes dental hygiene very important. I need one of those blue things, my mouth is small.
