- Working as a call center agent at #TELUSph for a day because I heard this place is the coolest place to work in the Philippines, and I just had to find out why!

I would not last there, it would be too easy to get distracted! 😂Telus International is a Canadian company (hence the Toronto room) headquartered in Vancouver, so this company is quite fitting for you! And the karaoke room is so you too! Canadian quality combined with Filipino charm sure makes the place look lively! What a cool office! This looks like an office Michael Scott would design 😂

I have retired from Disney Cruise Line, worked for 20 yrs and it was the best job ever! We always had fun at work. We have team building doing behind the scenes at all the Disney park. We have big parties and picnics where they close the park for our parties and food was abundant and get to ride the attractions. They had educational programs and reimbursements too. It was a fun ride and I get a lifetime benefit going to the parks for free.
My husband also works at a place that's similar. They treat their employees very well. They have video games, arcades, book room, nap rooms, a gym, basketball court, They allow you to go from building to building with a bike, skateboard etc, They have a big cafeteria with chefs that cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a Cafe with baristas that make amazing coffee. They also have snack rooms and top tier coffee machines in every building. They are very chill. As long as you finish your work that you have to do for the day you can do whatever you want and still get paid the 8 hrs. And if u need to do overtime they won't argue with you about it. His job is a dream. He's in the gaming entertainment industry. They pay well. If I knew about that field I most likely would've done that instead of the medical field. Hahahaha I enjoy my job but I mean it's hard to turn down the above lmao

My palace is obviously the best place to work. I have my own food court with every Western chain you could name, my own arcade, a pool shaped in the outline of my head, and an Imax movie theater. My bro Dennis Rodman loves to hang out here.

That looks like a workplace that encourages creative flow. If you want to keep that voice on the phone happy, encouraging, confident. I get it! With that kind of job you MUST take breaks to do other things every so often, gym, karaoke, etc. are MUCH better uses of breaks than cigarettes. They understand keeping the mind fresh. Gender neutral restrooms. Good. We're all in there to do the same thing let's not make it an issue. I think I'd LOVE to show up to work in such a place!
This will be definitely a good strategy against a phenomenal changes called "WFH" mind setting for the new worker's generation.

I know someone who used to work there. Most people who work there have higher school degrees. He had a Doctor's Degree, while other's have Master's. They work for facebook and other internationally and have customers everywhere . So they are paid big bucks I guess.
Not really some works more than 15 years but paid almost a bit higher than min wage

Dude, that environment looks like a college campus (I guess there is a university there). They look like they're trying to do well by the workers. I hope so :D Better than a lot of places I worked here in the US XD Work is always stress, but thankfully they appear to be doing things that make the work place more enjoyable.
